It'll get you inverted, but if you're looking for what you've used in an aerial yoga studio, this isn't it.
It's a good set for the price. I got this to hang off a sex swing frame. I didn't like the idea of these being used in door frames, but the length was comparable to the frame I have. It's ok for basic poses, but if you want attempt any slightly more advanced aerial yoga/hammock/sling poses on it, you simply won't have room. You get sturdy-looking daisy chains & carabiners. Many aerialists won't buy or use rigging gear that hasn't been properly rated for weights, & if this is you, none of this equipment came with any such markings or information. I figured, I'm attaching it to something that is meant to hold a person or 2, & I'll only be a foot or so from the ground. (Less when inverted!)The fabric is windbreakery/parachute material. It's not as smooth as proper aerial hammocks/silks, but it's enough to get me upside down. It's also not as wide as standard aerial fabrics. If you wanted to sit in it sideways to take your savasana you can, but you cannot lay down.So far I have no major complaints other than the stitching where the 2nd color starts is rough if you're sliding your hands down over it.Pros:Great price!Comes with some rigging (4 carabiners, 2 daisy chains)Cons:Fabric isn't the softestRigging gear not weight ratedWide enough to sit in, but not lay in.

Totally Eliminates My Back Pain!! Amazing customer service. Company stands behind product.
UPDATE:I had a handle break & when I showed Yoga tail they immediately overnighted me a brand new trapeze with a hand written thank you note. I only asked for fora new handle. They not only sent me the whole trapeze but to over night it with a hand written note. UNBELIEVABLE. This company stands behind its product!!!Very easy assembly. Material feels nice. The seems stretch a tiny bit when first using it, like an over stretched new shirt. I would like a pink and black option. The gray is over bearing. And maybe more of a fuchsia pink. Really has helped my back pain go away. My chiropractor has even noticed a difference. It's been great for stretching in general and working out. It's on my 10 things I can't live without list.

EDITED good customer service
It was delivered Thursday evening. I set it up Friday evening. It broke Saturday morning. Very poorly made, the plastic handle snapped with very little pressure. Returning. Will not buy again.EDIT - I was contacted by a Michael Parker who was very quick to offer me another swing completely free of charge. He says that my handle was an unusual occurrence and that he would make sure that the new swing they sent me was 100% safe. He also said that he (the company) will redouble efforts to not let that happen to someone else. I will come back once I receive my new swing and leave an update.SECOND EDIT - I received my new trapeze wednesday. I have weight tested all the handles and they all seem to be much stronger than my first one. I am changing to five stars based on the level of customer service I received (OUTSTANDING response time and help) and for the new trapeze. I am officially a satisfied customer. :) Thank you Yogatail (and Michael Parker!)

"EXTRA STRENGTH and SAFE"? Not quite.
Looked good, easy enough to install ... first time sitting in it heard a stretching tearing sound. It was the "Triple Stitched" seam ... I weigh 198.Not what I was expecting from the ad,"EXTRA STRENGTH and SAFE we have over exceeded any weight expectations and tripled stitched our trapeze so you will have peace of mind while stretching and going upside down "I doubt this would have failed to the point that it tore clean through, but returning and trying a different brand.

Yesssss!!!!
Bought for daughter as Christmas present after using one myself over last 2 months to relieve my back pain. She is actually into yoga and can already do amazing and beautiful feats. I think that proves wherever your place in life- old and rusty like me lol or a young, active yoga novice like my 30 yr old this is a benefit for all! I had no room for inversion table but have crippling back and hip/leg pain, so for me this was purchased as a tool for pain relief.... and it WORKS!! Sitting in it- feels very secure as the width cradles you as with as much fabric you will need (and more. You can spread it out wide to be cradled or pull together for a whole different type of body support for working out any muscle group you want! I sit in it cradling only my bum to lowest part of back. Then I lean back slowly until I’m head down hanging only inches from floor, I feel safe as I wrap my legs around the narrowed, hanging ends of sling, lock with feet as instructed (highly helpful) and hang upside down, swinging and twisting my pain away and then walking hands up the floor arching my back then hold as I deeply breathe in that relief! It’s wonderful, my very poor spine is aligned and relief overcomes me!Note: I’m a grandmother with osteo-arthritis in back, hips and legs; scoliosis, two degenerating disc’s and zero core strength, however my core muscles are definitely improving with use of the swing in addition to greatly- and I mean GREATLY- improving my overall back pain, I am also strengthening many different muscles over whole body. I tell everyone this has already changed my life! dang! Too much talking about it! Now I have go get back on it! It’s calling me... lol! Enjoy!!

Updated review
Handle broke very first time I used it. Took a while to hang up so I am outside of my return window. Cheap materials. **update** this is an amazing company. They saw my review and promptly sent a replacement with a handwritten note of apology. The new swing is perfect. Will sing their praises to all who will listen. This has helped me incredibly with my low back issues.

Broke the first time I used it! Very dangerous.
Very poorly made. Handle broke the first time I used it. This product is unsafe and should be pulled from amazon. Stitching is not of good quality. The stitching near the carabiners is triple rowed with a reinforced stitch, however, stitching is only double rowed chain stitch on seams of the swing and appeared to be stretching the the first time I used it. Look elsewhere! I'm 155#s just for reference.
