Perfect fit! Stay safe and make sure your steam generator doesn't leak somewhere you don't want it to. Is oversized by a few inches for my 9kw generator, which you want so the temperature can decrease slightly in the pan before it overflows to the drain. Well constructed, the raised portions ensure the generator will be raised above any water that may be left standing. Thanks!!!

This saved an expense drywall repair. Piped directly outside and worked perfectly when I had a problem with the steam generator leaking.

Plastic drip pan serves the purpose. I didn't see the need for a metal one and my Steamist TSG-10 never gets hot at the bottom. Connected a copper discharge tube to the brass fitting on the pan should it ever fail.

Their return policy is bad. I know longer need, my husband decided to wall mount the steamer. I understand paying return shipping, it will be a lot for odd shape. They also want you to pay a 20% remorse fee. It is plastic, seems sturdy, but would definitely not recommend if you have to deal with the customer service.

So far it looks good and it fit well... Hopefully once the steamist starts operating it will continue to be as good and clean

Buyer beware! I bought this as it was purported as being necessary for my steam shower installation, but it is not. Furthermore, it did not fit in my cabinet. Unused, in the original box... $25 postage to return! ... after they graciously allowed my return. Unacceptable for Amazon.

Like others say, it is cheap plastic. But it looks like it will do the job.
