I steam every other day and this unit is okay.. I've been a member of several gyms with steams rooms and used them all and still use the one at my gym. I bought this for days when I don't feel like going to the gym to steam... i will admit, the quality is so so and it should only be used indoors on smooth floors because they bottom can tear easily. You have to use care when zipping and unzipping it because I can tell if you don't that the zipper can rip. I recommend washing the fabric in a clothes washer on the delicate cycle for the wash and full spin for the spin cycle after a few uses so that your body sweat doesn't stink it up. The steamer unit works just fine but you have to clean the inside bottom regularly to prevent it from rusting.. I sit Indian style in it on the floor and cover the head hole with a towel so my lungs get steam but the chair they provide is small and kinda uncomfortable. For the price, I think it's worth it. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T THROUGH AWAY THE INSTRUCTIONS. IT'S A LOT EASIER TO REASSEMBLE IT WHEN YOU HAVE THEM. OTHERWISE IT'S LIKE A 3D PUZZLE. AND PURCHASE A BIG DUFFLE BAG TO STORE IT. I USE A AN OLD MILITARY DUFFLE BAG BECAUSE IT'S BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD ALL OF IT.

I love it perfect for sweating/ still just it from time to time

it was good. It was warmth and hot. But it leaked on the bottom part that I have to go the storage place and buy 1 twin-bed size plastic enough to put it on so that it won't leak at the bottom floor.

I've used this approximately 5 times already. I love it. I primarily use it to relieve stress and cramps. I also use it to moisturize my extremely dry skin.

This product deserves more that 5 stars, this product was totally worth every penny spent. My mother has Arthritis and her being able to enjoy this product for 15 minutes a day has really placed a joy on her face as well as mine. I have loss inches just by using this product for 2 days, Skin is soft and radiant you can even add essential oils that you can utilize during the steam session. Absolutely love this product. You have to order a small stool because no chair comes with this item. I purchased a wooden stool and it worked perfectly with this item.

The capsule is good. Nice size. Didn't take too long to figure out how to put it together. The steamer is horrible. I sat in there 1/2 hour freezing my you know what off, waiting for it to heat up. I ended up jerry rigging the steamer to my old capsule to this one.

The chair is to small, so just use a regular size beer chair. The instructions are non existant when it comes to setting up the steam machine. It takes a while to get hot but once its ready, its GREAT I love it! Its actualy hard to spend more then 40 min in there. Have already recommended it to other friends that have asked about it.
