I purchased this for a Ruger LCRX 38 initial indications are it’s made pretty doggone good the leather is thick and it will mold to the firearm, the belt clip is a little small for larger gun belts however, clipping it to my pants is a acceptable option as the clip is very strong. The weapons fit is tight but draw is acceptable. Retention is very good. You can use this for any J frame revolver as it is large enough for the longer barrels.

Good Holster
This is the second holster I have tried and the first one that actually fit my 38 special. The leather is really tight, but leaving it in the holster over night, and taking it out and putting it back in the holster have helped it to form to the gun. It breathes well and if I position it correctly I don't even notice it's there. I have used the holster 3 times so far for conceal and carry, and so far no one, not even my wife, has noticed that I'm carrying.

Good thick leather
I got this for a Taurus 605 and it fits inside perfect.The leather top grain chrome tanned leather, you can see from the cross section there is a lot of the top layer. The inside is the rough side, no liner.

Simple Quality
Works well for my sp101. Could even manage my Colt Cobra Target 4.25 bbl with 3/4 inch exposed.

Perfect
I purchased this for a SW snub nose 38 j frame. It fits perfect. Manufacture was clear it would need break in. To expedite this I placed my pistol in the holster, put it in a vacuum sealed bag and shrunk it tight and layed it in the sun on my patio. Performed this process twice over 2 days. Holster is totally molded to the weapon. Pulling weapon from holster is smooth and reholstering is perfect. My way of breaking it in was a gamble but really worked well. Highly recommend this holster, very good quality and expect it to last a long time.
