I’ve used this a few times and conclude that that how you use it makes a difference. Pull the loops hard and the massager will be robust in its work. Ease the pull and the impact can be more gentle. I'm pleased with the device which seems to be well made and effective.

Pleasantly surprised at how good this massager is, especially for the cost. It feels as though you are being massaged by a person not a machine. Deep massage & I also like the heat function. Very easy to use and comfortable to sit with.

this has saved me many times! ive had since the beginning of december 2024, its now 2nd of feb 2025 and although it aint been long, it still works perfectly. the massage works great, you’ve just got to position yourself in the way you want to get it perfectly. which can be a bit hard sometimes but its worth the effort! i’ve even massaged my lower back with this and its helped lol. the massager is a tad heavy but it helps with the positioning if im gonna be honest. you can pull the straps easily. the heat setting works nicely. i always have it on when i use it, its great. all in all, i would 100% recommend this massager. good value for money.

Been using this practically every day for about 3 weeks and haven't had any issues so far with it. I chose this one over others because it looked well made, and it is. Took a while to get used to it like any new products, but it's very simple to use. The handles gives extra support and you are able to position it where you want. I find the convenience of using it when I want, encourages me to use it. I also took out 2 year warranty for approximately £3 which gives me peace of mind. Definitely recommend, if like me, you suffer from neck and shoulder pain.

The product is good but there is no heat in the massager the heat option is useless

I previously had one similar to this, it lasted me years and really helped, I bought this as a replacement as I couldn't find the previous one I had but was very disappointed with this one, this is not effective at all and hasn't provided any pain relief. I keep trying to give it a chance but it doesn't help, with the few times I have used it there is already pull in the material covering the massager pieces (circled yellow in the photo). This is what eventually happened with my last one - after YEARS of use but ultimately was why I needed a replacement. It really needs more of the outside material where I have circled red in the photo to be able to hold it into place when using it as when you try and place it it just slips sideways when you turn it on, you cannot control where it massages unless you hold the top of it which restricts where you can use it (not on your own back). To use this on your back you put your hands through the holes of the arm pieces, the harder you press it on yourself the more pressure it massages you with but like I said, it just ends up slipping to its side whether you prefer less pressure or more. This was a waste of money unfortunately, I would advise spending a bit more on one, looking out for what I have said about more material on the outside to be able to guide it where you want.

This massager feels heavy at first but it is effective at getting to the knots in neck and back muscles. The heat option is also helpful. I have a stiff neck but use of this made it easier for me to turn my head. At Black Friday price I am very happy with it.

Bought as a Christmas present and it is a great product. Really has helped with the shoulders and back. Would recommend.

It’s the best for massaging your upper back and you can manipulate to go down your back all the way to your waist. It helps a lot with a stiff upper back. Worth the price!

Stopped working within a few days of use. When it was working it was amazing, really felt like an actual proper massage. But after just a few days of being used for 15-30 mins a day the massager has just stopped working. Very disappointed that it stopped working because initially I thought it was a truly amazing product.

Es fácil de usar, con controles sencillos, y tiene un diseño ergonómico que hace que se adapte perfectamente a distintas zonas del cuerpo, no solo cuello y hombros, sino también espalda baja, piernas o pies. Me gusta también que tenga función de inversión de rotación, lo que evita que se vuelva repetitivo, y la posibilidad de ajustar la intensidad del masaje. Aconsejo empezar con niveles bajos e ir ajustar según la necesidad.

Brilliant. ⭐️C5-T1 bilateral severe cervical foraminal stenosis (that's me) cannot be treated without surgical intervention. HOWEVER, if you calculate the costs of post-operative physical and massage therapy, this miracle device is UNDERPRICED in my opinion. ⭐️I purchased this product THREE YEARS AGO and have not experienced any of the issues or problems I've seen posted in other Amazon reviews.
