Face Wash by Olay, Cleansing Infusion Facial Cleanser with Deep Sea Kelp, 5.0 Fluid Ounce

I think this item is discontinued because I couldn't find it in stores anywhere for months! But my skin loves it so much (many products tend to irritate my skin, clog pores, etc).. Olay's Micropolishing Cleansing Infusion Facial Cleanser (with ginger) exfoliates just enough to stimulate and massage my skin. I wouldn't call it a literal scrub like St. Ives Apricot scrub (which I love and use in the mornings LOL). I don't know what it is but something in this Olay cleanser makes my skin feel refreshed and look glowy, and ready for my light nighttime moisturizer before bed. And my skin looks more even toned and smoother overall, all day. (FYI, I went for months without it during the coronavirus outbreak, where my skin had plenty of time to adjust to not having it in my routine, to find a new normal balance.... But overall, though my health was good, my skin looked dull and uneven. The skin wants what it wants!). Oh, and the scent is a light ginger but not strong -- very "fresh." I bought 5 of these on Amazon. Each one came individually wrapped so they wouldn't leak or get damaged. Very happy!

The product is good, when the pump works. This time it didnt work and I missed Amazon's return window by one day.

I bough this product and the pump would not work. I pumped it over a hundred times and nothing came out. My husband took a turn as well, and nothing. I returned it for a replacement and tested the pump as soon as I got it. It worked! Well, one time, the next time I tried to use it, I had to pump about twenty times to get a half pea sized amount out. The time after that, it took at least that many and all I got was some droplets. The product itself is nice, it smells nice and exfoliates without being too rough, but the pump is a big problem. I think I’m going to have to take my husband’s advice and just cut the thing open so I can transfer the product to another container. Don’t know how I’ll be able to actually use it otherwise.

Love the product, works great, smell is great. Got 2 pumps and it stopped working 😡To use the product I popped the lid, poked a large hole in the top, and bottom and pushed the product from bottom into a new container. Olay....please design this better.

I waited to open this bottle until after I finished another cleanser, which turns out to be past the time I could return it...When I opened this bottle, I discovered the pump did not work! After trying many, many, many times and different ways, I've decided that flushing my money down the toilet would have been better. At least that way, I'd have a choice in how my money was wasted! I'm very disappointed because I love the product inside -- IF ONLY I COULD ACCESS IT!

I had the same problem with the pump when I received the product, it did not dispense. After some trial and error, I got it to work. Here's how: place the cap on the bottle. Turn upside down and tap on the floor a few times, forcefully. Then try dispensing. It worked for me. Love this product and so happy I was able to use mine.

I have used this product for over a year, when I went to buy it at the store, no one has it anymore. Then I found it on Amazon. When I received it, the pump wouldn't work. I was sending it back, then I read a review on how one lady got her pump to work (turned it upside down), tried it and it worked. I'm so happy!! This cleanser cleans really well, and leaves my skin feeling so good. I just ordered another (in case they become unavailable).

Wow! I've always been a loyal Olay customer and have used MANY of their products. This is THE best face wash I have ever tried! The tiny scrubbing spheres tell me I am cleansing my skin with the added benefit of gentle exfoliation. Perfect for skin of all ages, but much appreciated on my somewhat mature skin. I have never felt this much moisturization after washing my face! My skin does not feel tight and looks healthy. The scent is pleasant and mild. Thanks Olay!

I bought 1 for myself 1 for my sister. OLAY Very nice product. Cleans your face. No foam left on your after washing it off. Some products are left on my face after washing it off. My face fills clean. Good product Thank You
