Taste like chocolate pudding
Absolutely love it. I mix it with half and half in the morning and eat it thick like pudding. It's quickly becoming my go to breakfast. I got the chocolate peanut butter flavor, taste like chocolate pudding to me. Keeps me full most of the day! The only downside is how expensive it is. I guess you pay for quality.

Excellent!!
This tastes amazing! I mixed it with heavy whipping cream and water in the blender. Letting it sit overnight allows the flavors to set. It was so good!

Shake messed up our stomach..but they fully refunded us.
I've had this shake before, loved it. But thus batch instantly hurt my stomach and my husband's. What sucks is that I can't return it for a refund, even though this product cost upwards of 100$...Updated post.We were fully refunded. They were open to listening to our concerns. But, I did want to say that our prior batch was actually amazing! Also, this shake helped me deal with the sweet cravings I was having. Typically I make my shake with almond milk (no sugar), chocolate nibs and ice. Also, whipped cream on top. Keto is very possible.

Tasty shake
I have tried several flavors of these shakes and really like most of them. It's a quick and easy way to get some protein, especially when I am on the go. I have always purchased these in single-serve packets but the eggnog flavor only came in a large bag. It tastes great but be aware that the large bag doesn't seal well so it needs to be stored inside another ziploc bag. There is a large scoop provided in the bag of shake mix. Using the scoop makes a mess on my fingers and because the powder is so fine it drifts out of the bag in clouds. I much prefer the individual packets.I use a stick blender and some stainless steel milkshake cups to mix the shakes. It mixes pretty well but there are usually some clumps stuck to the blender and the side of the cup.I have enjoyed most of the flavors I have tried. Eggnog is great, as is the chocolate and the pumpkin spice. The strawberry shake was OK but needed more flavor. The taco soup was pretty good and flavorful but not too spicy. I made it using hot water and drank it as a warm shake but it would have been good in a bowl with some add-ins like taco meat, cheese, and chopped veggies. The only flavor that I haven't really liked was the tomato soup. I made it hot and it had no tomato flavor. It was just sort of a mild, salty, thick shake.

DELICIOUS!!!
They say Keto Chow tastes like melted ice cream. So naturally, like the low carbers on you tube, I decided to put the mixture in an ice cream maker so now I eat Keto Chow ice cream as one meal replacement a day.I mix keto chow powder with 1/4 teaspoon guar gum (keto chow already has some xanthan gum in it) and 2 Tablespoons Allulose powder.... (this prevents too much ice crystallization so ice cream comes out like creamy soft serve).I blend that with my Vitamix immersion blender with 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and 2 1/2 cups water.Put in the frig for a few hours or overnight.I dump the mixture in my COWSAIR 1.1 ice cream maker and 30 minutes later I have ice cream as a meal replacement.Exactly the right amount for this particular ice cream maker.520.5 calories, 29.5 protein, 43.4 fat, 4.0 net carbsI eat the whole thing right out of the little bucket as one meal replacement and don't feel the least bit guilty about it!Desperately needed to get back on keto. Have been losing 2 lbs a week using Keto Chow ice cream as one meal replacement a day with zero feelings of guilt or deprivation since starting this in June.I'm extremely insulin resistant so keto is the only way of eating that works for me, but bananas are a no no on keto so banana flavored Keto Chow is my favorite.

Flavor breakdown of most of the flavors.
So I bought the verbiage pack, and then some extras. From there. I purchased a large pouch of the flavor “Snickerdoodle “ as it seemed the best. In retrospect I think sticking with a more normal flavor would be best, or get to big bags to switch back and forth as I got really sick of the snickerdoodle taste, even though it was good. I copied my notes from the initial taste test below. Please note for all of these I used heavy cream. ONCE I tried coconut oil (I’m allergic to avocados) and that was a horrible mistake, yuck!Root beer. - not bad. Doesn’t much taste like root beer although it smells like it. First mixing it smelled very salty, but when drank in the morning it didn’t taste salty. Tastes kinda Vanilla with a hint of root beerChocolate toffee- Not too bad taste strongly of toffee very little chocolate in it like the root beer it does have a very very subtle undertones of salty to put in for the sweet but not too bad definitely drinkableSnickerdoodle - only about two hours of soak time but it actually tasted quite good. best of the three that I’ve had so far definitive cinnamon flavor tasted like a snickerdoodle. after 2 1/2 to 3 hours it was still kind of lumpy but taste was not affectedOrange cream - kinda like root beer. Really thick. Tastes mostly of Vineland with a hint of orange. Didn’t get any salty aftertaste but I would prefer less thick. (More water)Banana not stream Lee strong not bad no salt taste really really thick but good I like it probably my second favorite after snickerdoodles going to try 15 ounce possibly 16 ounces tomorrow of waterStrawberry mixed with 16 ounces night before. Less thick. But not like a ton. Does taste of strawberries but it’s more like strawberry and milkMocha - not bad quite good it didn’t mix as well still came out pretty thick even after 16 ounces worth of stuff excellent one mix with coffee I don’t makes your coffee table sweet and salty at the same time which took a bit of getting used to but we still drinkableVanilla - tastes like vinela. Nice and sweet. Also had some issues mixing but not as much as mocha. Mixes with coffee but is kinda chunky. Tastes like my normal coffee.Chocolate- about what you would expect. Creamy good. Had a little issue mixing but not as bad as mocha.Salted caramel- not as salty as I’d expect. More caramel than anything. Not very good to my pallet. But good if you like caramel.
