I bought this particular bike for my wife so that we could ride together in the streets and hill trails that are abundant where we live. I had purchased an Ecotric fat-tire ebike several months earlier that I absolutely love and wanted to share the fun with her. A great way to get exercise too! It's a somewhat simpler and slightly downgraded version from the one I bought for myself but it is perfect for her. Provides the same seven gears and speed capabilities as mine.I would recommend using the printed instructions that come with the bike along with one of many YouTube videos that are prolific and easy to follow. Makes it easier to follow along. I also recommend having someone to help you with the minor assembly that is required; just makes assembly easier.

Not bad for the price. My son uses this for middle school commute. We learned quickly that it's not really off road rated as the front wheel tends to come loose. Could use better axles. Decent speed, maybe 22mph. Plenty fast for 11 yr old. Just make sure you keep up with the regular bike maintenance such as adjusting brakes, checking alignment etc. If you can handle that it will work. If not you will have a failure at some point.

I’m reporting this seller and also contacting my card company!We bought this bike less than 5 weeks ago and had one problem with the back tire and now a very serious accident - The front wheel exploded - Yes - exploded !!! My 14 year old daughter was thrown out of the bike and flipped , hitting her hip, wrist and elbow - luckily she was wearing a helmet because she could have broken her neck and hit her head!The seller tried to blame us saying we didn’t tighten it well which is BS as we had a professional come to our house to do it, the wheel just exploded and a safe and reliable bike would never do thatI requested a new well functioning safe bike or a refund but as of right now no resolution and my daughter is recovering still !!This bike is dangerous - pay attention and look for other bikes before spending money here!! It can cost your life ….

Wanted an economical e-bike and this is it. Easy to assemble, easy to ride. There is a small learning curve to ride it, but it is really easy. Lots of fun.Make sure you get the correct rack to put on your car...these bikes are heavy at 55lbs.

The media could not be loaded.  Very happy with this purchase, for the $ you can’t beat it. We have another eco trick vortex that is 4 years old. No proms at all!!!!!!

I love my new bike! I was able to try it briefly because of the weather, now I am hooked. I started without using the battery and glided so easily. When I climbed the big hill, using the battery i was really impressed how smooth driving it was! I also aded a mirror and pouch bag to put supplies and phone!

A gift for my wife, I had not ridden this bike.The bike has some pretty nice touches, nice welds and thick wheel spokes.Most parts also look good quality for what I paid for this bike, but of course there far from even mid range equipment.Overall I don’t think you can beat this bike for the price.Not junk.

I would not purchase this bike. Within the first 2 months, the front wheel came off twice while being ridden by my son. I contacted the company and there is no local bike shop to repair it. The electric controller also broke so they sent me a new one and I was on my own to figure out how to properly replace it. Ultimately it's a very bad design and unsafe to ride. And Amazon keeps pushing this issue off to the third party company. I would not recommend buying this bike.

This is a Bad Quality Product, it comes in damaged condition where most of the parts are not working,I got this few weeks ago and below are my findings. (checked with local mechanic)- Damaged Parts including brakes and scratches on body- Alignment of Handle with front wheel is Out- Weird Noise in Front wheel- Seat is not stable and you will have to adjust it every time- Brakes not working at all- Battery backup is not as per expectations or mentioned in DescriptionIn conclusion, it's not a good product at all to spend your time and moneyAlso once you have assembled, it will be very difficult to return ( the only way is to ship i believe)
