After sale service is very very bad - hopeless - DONT BUY
In just 15 months product went dead without any reason and since then I am just following with the service center. Service is pathetic, don't buy. After sale service of this brand is very bad. For last 6 weeks this product is not working, raised multiple complaints but no use. Soon I will have to dump it in dustbin.

I have two in my kitchen sinks, one at the prep area and one at the cleaning area. They are the best grinders that I have ever installed in my kitchen. No problem to grind chicken bones. easily grinds any citrus rind or vegetable waste. very quiet operation for 1 1/4 hp units.

I wished I had replaced my crappy disposal with this Franke unit years ago. My last disposal could barely grind up rotting lemon peels while this Franke disposal will purée a freaking brick ! If I could take it outside I bet it would grind out stumps in my front yard. I was amazed that this powerhouse of a unit fit underneath the prep sink in my kitchen island.

Extremely well-made. Capable of crushing gravel if you asked of it to do so. Quiet, absolutely highly recommended. A bargain it twice the price.
