Strong chemical smell from balloons. Could smell it before I even opened the bag. No way I was touching them. Banner is NOT all 101 Dalmatians characters, it’s random Dalmatian cartoon dogs. And it's just way too busy, they jam back too many images on it. The cake & cupcake toppers are not assembled, you have to put them together.

So glad to find this for our dalmatian party! A few balloons had holes but most were good. Everything else was good. Very cute
