A great dietary supplement. The probiotics capsules arrived yesterday afternoon and promptly took one. I didn't feel any difference when I first started taking these organic probiotics and I think I need to give it a little time. I felt rather off about week later and resumed a bit of my usual movements but not as bad. I am blown away to how much I have improved! This probiotic is awesome. My day has been so much more fulfilling. I have always had issues for around 4 years and watched my food intake etc. This herb probiotic for me hits all the right numbers and works very well.
