**EDIT: The company reached out to me directly after my original review of 2 stars, and sent me yet another replacement and was very understanding and apologetic about everything. Re-reviewing this and giving them 5 stars for the kind gesture to make things right.I ordered this item 3 separate times, and when I did finally get it, it was cracked.The first order, never went through some how, it just sat in my order list saying "order received" but was never shipped out after 2 weeks so I canceled it and reordered it for the 2nd time. It went through and said to be delivered in 2 days. I checked the tracking after 2 days and I said it was delayed and will be delivered the next day. The next day, it said order was stuck at the local warehouse and could not be delivered due to severe weather in the area. (We did not have severe weather that week). After 3 days of it just sitting at the warehouse and no delivery rescheduled, I reached out to Amazon support and they said they'll have another one shipped out. So I get the replacement 2 days later.. and when I opened the box, the side of the container was cracked. I was over it at this point and just decided to keep it and super glue it.On to the actual product review. It's good. It was easy to put together and seems to be pretty sturdy. A nice storage bin for us since we dont have much space in our apartment but our patio is big. It fits 2 of my smaller coolers and could easily fit more items. Planning to keep my patio furniture cushions in there during the winter season.

Pretty, functional box for my She Shed that holds tons of stuff I don't want out in the room. Easy to put together and tucks away nicely. Comes lockable but we are not using that feature. Should be great for light duty plans we need from this box. Great size too.

Easy to put together, took less than 10 minutes. The storage unit is attractive and sturdy. The lid fits and it is waterproof. It has rained on it and no water has gotten inside.

On the fence how long this will last. Was fairly easy to assemble for a 70 year old woman. Requires upper body strength to snap all the sides together. Should be an easy assembly for someone younger. Size is okay to store seat cushions for outdoor dining chairs but just fit. Order a larger size if you need more storage space. I ordered black but received gray so that was a huge disappointment. Too much hassle to repack and return so I’m stuck with it. EDIT: Very impressed with this company! They actually read reviews and reach out if something isn’t right and work with you to correct to your satisfaction. Great customer service! And my storage box has held up well through weeks of off and on heavy rain.

Easy to put together! The chest sits outside in the open by the pool. It was not faded as of yet; the towels remain dry- so it's waterproof!

Sturdy, sleek design. Subtle gray color. We have had the item for a while now (July 2024). Great customer service!When lid panel's hinges broke down, we looked into figuring out if we can fix it ourselves. However, we didn't end up finding a good sustainable solution. That's when we reached out to customer support to ask for their recommendations. I am so glad we did! Celia responded within 24 hours to request for additional information such as images of the issue area, etc. She let us know that the product comes with the maximum limited manufacturer's warranty of 3 years. Promptly she shipped a replacement lid panel and our issue was resolved. Now we are using a little lock to keep the lid in place in case there is strong wind conditions in the area we live in. Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the product and customer service.

Delivered fast, then I was able to put it together with only a little help from my son. It looks great, sturdy, parts fit together well. Looks like it will last a long time in my Long Island Lawn Guyland NY yard which gets all extremes of weather from 100 degree sun to winter noreasters. It will probably last many years. Happy with this purchase. Good value.

Assembles easily and quickly. Larger than I expected even though I checked the size. Strong and sturdy with lots of room. Stands up to the weather well. We put it up on bricks , about 2inches, because of standing water and everything inside was dry.
