Having searched for a ‘basic’ smartwatch I found this excellent one which offers me just what I was looking for. It allows calls to be made and received, alerts to texts etc and importantly for me, plays my audio through the built-in speaker and to a good quality for close, personal listening. I don’t use the many sport functions so can not comment on those but the step counter, blood pressure monitor etc seem good. An issue has arisen with one of the straps - both of which are stylish and comfortable - but Irene at Efolen has been fantastic, very quickly arranging for a solution outside of their normal practice. Thank you Irene. I have compared this watch with other high end models, all of which are a lot more costly and for the functions that I require, this watch has more than some. It also has one of the slimmer type faces and strap so is ideal for a smaller wrist. The FitCloudPro app used to pair with the watch is easy to use. The face dials can be changed as well as the quick release 16mm straps. If you are looking for a value for money, functional and stylish smartwatch then take a look at this one!

Bought this watch i and really liked it. Unfortunately after 5 months the battery failed to hold its charge. Contacted Efolen and after a couple of emails describing problem, a replacement was sent. From initial contact to receiving new watch only 4 days. Excellent customer service. Not gven watch 5 stars because of problem hopefully this one will last

BAD! QR code for app doesn’t match description on leaflet. Wont let you register, needing a verification code that you can’t get. Worst smart device ever! Can’t even set up and tried by several tech people. Dodgy, do not buy! Would give it a 0 rating if I could

Does everything I want it to (I probably don’t use all the tricks it offers). Has a number of beautiful watch faces. It’s also the first smartest I’ve owned that has a metal band (which I love) that doesn’t rip your cuffs to shreds. Gorgeous rose gold. Large and legible watch while also somehow slender. Long battery life. Highly recommend.

The watch is Very attractive and beautiful. My favourite one so far. However unfortunately after less than 6 months the metal stap is loosing it's rose gold colour and has oxidised and became dark. The strap is loosing it's magnetic property so comes loose and it doesn't stay on. Finally it was perfect for the summer with short sleeve clothes. In winter the strap catches on clothes, sleeves, scarves , pulling and damaging fabric. Shame!

Not bad little device although it took ages to connect to the app initially and disconnects regularly! Only 2-3 days battery life and takes hours to charge.

Pedí un reloj que entre otras cosa tuviera control de glucemia ya que soy diabética y según la publicidad así era. Mi sorpresa fue que al recibirlo después de un mes el reloj no es ni parecido en prestaciones a lo que decía Y no puedo debolverlo

Die Uhr kommt mit drei Armbändern. Bei der Verpackung hat man sich viel Műhe gegeben es hochwertig aussehen zu lassen. Wie die Betriebsanleitung der Uhr schon sagt, es ist kein medizinisches Equipment. Die Daten geben einen Richtwert und das macht die Uhr auch ganz gut und sieht dabei gut aus. Űber die Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber ich habe genau das bekommen was ich gesucht habe. Man darf bei dem Preis kein Hochleistungsprodukt erwarten. Ich suchte eine Uhr, die mir einen groben Űberblick űber eingehende Anrufe und whatsapp Nachrichten gibt, weil ich bei der Arbeit mein Handy nicht dauernt rausholen kann. Ich bin zufrieden.

Je déconseille fortement cette montre connectée qui au bout de 3 mois, ne fonctionne plus du jour au lendemain. En vu u prix... En plus au bout de 30 jours, vous ne pourrez plus la changer. Je suis très déçue. Pour ma part elle va aller à la poubelle.
