Superb Watch, no nonsense health tracking watch
Looks elegant with superb battery life, having all the health tracking features with minimal distraction.30 days battery is yet to be tested but with current usage trend, it will easily 3 weeks which is impressive.

Need help in pairing or first setup
When I put code from watch to app, it says "failed to connect to your device". Android version is 12. We tried a few troubleshooting steps, nothing helped. Is there remote troubleshooting support available for initial setup please

Disappointed. Received wrong model and all features are not enabled
I bought this for my mother as it is supposed to have ECG and SpO2 features. I am okay to keep this wrongly shipped model, provided all features are active. However, it looks like both these features are not enabled in India, though it is stated in the discription.Tried reinstalling the watch, still the said functions do not work.Beware, only replacement option is available. No return option.I am already a Withings watch user and happy with previous purchases. Did not expect such a trick from them.
