Great brace, if you know how to use it
Well built. Seems like it would last, and is fairly comfortable to wear.It is also very adjustable, which is a pro and con. You can really dial this thing in, however the instructions that came with it did a decent job of explaing "how" to adjust it, but not how it should fit. If you have experience with these, or someone to help it is easy enough though.

Not for skinny legs
Bought this due to meniscus and ligament damage. I liked the fact that it is open due to the fact that I can’t bend my leg for a sleeve type. Unfortunately my bird legs are too skinny to get a good fit. Other than that it’s great!

Good range of adjustability; easy to put on; straps could use a little work
I ordered this brace because I have been having some knee hyper-extension issues for a while and I thought it might help. I am 5'9" and 174 lbs and it fit me well once I set everything to my size. It seems to be well-made, with sturdy aluminum shafts and plastic dials, and padding and strap material that is strong and well stitched.Setting the shafts and straps to my size was easy, with smoothly moving strap buckle adjustments and shaft-adjustment push-tabs that worked well. The two issues I ran into were 1) if you fall into a certain size range the velcro ends of the straps either barely engage over the hardware or don't engage at all (the two on the thigh, for me, seen in one of my pics), and 2) the velcro on the ends of the straps goes all the way to the end and the material is thin, which is hard to lift off to reset it (seen in the pic with my finger in it). I would have really appreciated some non-velcro tabs on the end of the straps to facilitate disengagement, and will likely add some to make it work better for me.The instructions were a little hard for me to read, as they were just large blocks of upper-case text, but I took my time and got through it.Overall, this brace has been helpful to me on days when my knee wants to do its own thing. The pads are comfortable and the buckles are easy to use. It's supportive and easy to set to where my range of motion needs to be. And the bag is nice to stash it when I am not using it and find it easily in my closet.

Work perfectly well
This item works great. My dad needs this and he is liking it, initially he felt uncomfortable but as he is getting used to and now works well. Straps quality is stong and mobility also good. give less stress on the knee.

Pluses and Minuses
I struggled trying to adjust this brace to fit. When I managed to put it on it was either too painfully tight or slipped down my leg. I know offloaders can be challenging to adjust for a comfortable and stable fit, but this one exceeded my skills. I've tried at least 5 different offloaders so far. I did like the ease with which you could adjust the length of this one. If you are a tall person with a standard-size leg (mine is a bit too curvy/ample for this offloader) this may be a good option for you. But I wasn't able to make it work for my needs.

I gave up on it. My other unloader knee braces are much easier to put on.
Review for Unloader Knee Brace, Hinged ROM Knee Brace Knee Immobilizer for ACL, MCL and PCL Injury, Orthopedic Rehab, Post Op, Meniscus Tear.I have 2 knee braces that are made for arthritis and meniscus tears. They have adjustable sides, so that I can take pressure off of one side of my knee. They work well, and I wore them for several years before knee surgery.Recently, I needed knee surgery again, so I picked up this brace. However, it doesn't let me adjust to offload pressure on only one side of the knee. The height adjustment is for taller and shorter people. The height adjustment isn't for the actual knee, which is what my other braces have. Thus, I am not sure why they call this an unloader brace, as it doesn't unload pressure on the knee, like my other braces do.This is an immobilizer brace. This brace locks down your range of motion. Thus, buy this brace if you need to limit how much you bend your knee.Don't buy this brace if you have arthritis and are looking for a "unloader" brace just for the knee joint. This brace isn't it.The other problem that I had with this brace was how hard it was to put on. My other braces easily slide on, and then you wrap a few Velcro straps to hold it there. This brace is too time consuming and difficult to put on because it is floppier. (Watch the video of the guy putting this brace on to see what I mean. I would have had both of my other knee braces on before he got 1 brace on, as my other braces are not floppy.) When my knee is injured, I need something simple to put on, as I can't prop up my knee that long to put on a brace.

Difficult to adjust chuck
This is a high quality brace that works well but it has one achilles heel. The chuck gets stuck meaning its incredibly difficult to actually change the range of motion. Ultimately i was unable to use it because I couldn't adjust it after 2 days of wearing it. Big disappointment.
