Asics Men's Gel-Rocket 11 Volleyball Shoes

Best shoes in have ever worn. Just had a total knee ee replacement and these were recommended by my physical therapist. 7 weeks post op and I am almost 100% and these bad boys are at the top of my list for that. They have a wider toe box and plenty of flexion, while still providing stability and comfort. Buy them

I've been a squash player for over 50 years and have been through the shoe wars all along the way. Brands come and go; and some change styles. Soon after then the Asics Gel Rockets came out, I bought a pair and liked their comfort, fit, weight, traction and durability. (I've gotten one to two years per pair of Gel Rockets.) Being used to companies changing their shoes, I quickly bought another pair. Eventually, they showed some wear and I converted them to non-squash casual wear.Meanwhile, I needed a pair of all-black walking/running shoes I could take on travel and wear for mor dressy occasions. Again, I bought Asics, same size. The same size as my squash shoes fit perfectly and are still in use after about three years.When it came time to buy new squash shoes, I again turned to Asics. After years of wearing white, I went for more color and bought these peacoat blue/orange babies. They arrived in two days in an original carton and perfect condition. Noting the Amazon 7-day tryout period, I quickly took them onto the court, and found the feel and the traction are just the same as my prior pair. And they look great - the colors on the Amazon page are true.I mention all this because I was concerned about the soles. I have mostly bought squash shoes with the yellow-orange gum soles. They don't mark the court floor and the traction has been consistently outstanding. When I've bought other brands with white or gray soles, I was dissatisfied with the traction or the durability. This new pair has blue soles, so before buying them, I checked with two pros and two other players who have Asics shoes with colored soles. They told me not to worry, and they were right. (They also said that the Asics UpCourt volleyball shoes are not as good for squash.)So, I recommend them, and am now ordering another pair before these colors disappear.

I had to buy another pair of these court shoes. Great for indoor pickleball. Unfortunately they ran out of 10.5 wide size so I had to buy the 11 wide as an extra pair for future loose.In my 60+ years of life I have learned that if you find a pair of shoes that you really like, are comfortable and are made of quality material, you should always buy two pair. Especially if they are at a great price.

The style is nice, colors flow. The fit is comfortable with sticky traction for indoor sports.

Fit is excellent and the shoes are well constructed. They're used as everyday shoes, not volleyball, but are very comfortable.

Very comfortable shoe, I was able to walk all day at Arlington national cemetery with no feet issues. My feet were just as refresh as I just put the shoes on.
