For reference I am 5'7 198lbs and ordered an XL. It fit perfect, tight enough but still had room to breathe. Stretchy thin material. Unfortunately it did have a weird smell but after a wash it was fine. Some stitching was loose on the inside but didn't affect me wearing it. The material is pleather so it definitely kept me warm and had my legs sweating a little. Overall good buy !

So I was skeptical about these shorts cuz I didn’t kno if they would be super thin or not. I’m glad i bought them for my birthday. They aren’t super thin like the others I’ve purchased from different sites. They hug your body. Great quality material. .I would recommend getting your usual size for the comfort unless you want a super fitted look. I got a Medium but a large would have been perfectly fine. They are stretchy but the thread will start coming out if they’re stretched TOO much. I’m 175lbs & 5 ‘4 for reference.
