It is good quality, resisting wear and tear from weather and providing excellent UV protection. ​Installation Note: While it comes with grommets, for maximum security and tension on my staircase railing, I had to staple the edges down, but the material held up perfectly to the modification. ​This screen is a reliable, durable, and effective solution for both privacy and critical child safety applications on balconies, decks, and staircases. I was really impressed. How well-made this cover is. I used it to put up along my fence so my dogs wouldn’t bark all the time when our neighbors were outside in their yard. It was very easy to put up. The color was really great. it’s true to the color that it shows in the picture And is completely solid so it gives complete privacy. I’ll definitely be ordering more of these to put along that side of our fence.

These don’t look as attractive as pictured, but they definitely give us privacy. Tightly packaged, they incur serious wrinkles where folded, so you may want to iron before placing; I found the wrinkles didn’t fade or ease even after 2 months of hanging in place outdoors. These panels seem to be durable and stay clean/resist dirt - mine are white - and have not accumulated visible dirt/stains from our turbulent spring weather these last few months. The zip ties included in the package were not long enough to fit my aluminum deck banister/rails, so I had to buy longer ones. Warning: the zip tie movement (caused by wind) rubs the bannisters - and that friction has worn off paint in spots after only 2 months.

I wanted to block my neighbors from seeing my patio area through the wide cracks in the fence. I attached this to my wooden fence with using screwed in hooks. It blends in to the weather colored wood okay but I do miss seeing my old vintage wood! However, I'm using my patio more because it feels more private. Its keep my little dog from barking contests with their big dog too! Bonus.

Love it! Have been looking for something for our balcony to block some of the soon to be here rain, wind and snow. All the others I looked at were pretty much see through and let the elements in. This screen is completely opaque like a soft cloth tarp. And you can't beat the price! It was a little long for what I needed but I just wove it in between my balcony bars and then double upped it on the end. So happy I did my research and waited till I found something that was just right.

I recently purchased the LOVE STORY 3’ x 10’ White Waterproof Balcony Privacy Screen Cover, and while the product looked good, it didn't work out for my needs. Aesthetically, the privacy screen is excellent. The white color and design are attractive and would complement any outdoor space nicely. The material seems durable and is genuinely waterproof, making it a practical choice for outdoor use. However, I encountered an issue with the fit. For my fence, the screen was a little bit loose, which affected its functionality. I tried various ways to secure it, but it just didn't fit as snugly as I needed it to. Unfortunately, I had to return the item because of this. Overall, it seems like a good product if it fits your specific fence or balcony dimensions. Just be sure to double-check the measurements before purchasing.

Very easy to install.Comes with more than enough zip ties.Provides shade & keeps balcony cooler in heat. Protects from wind & rain as well. It looks nice and not cheap. Great product for the money!
