This is a really awesome chair. My husband put it together and he recommends making sure you can identify which size bolt is which before you start, as there are several very slightly different sizes but they are not labelled. Other than that he says it was pretty simple to assemble. The colour is really pretty, and it is a good sturdy chair, and really comfortable to sit in. I also found it much easier to get up from than I thought it might be. The fact that it folds is a real bonus, and I am so glad the chair I had originally wanted was out of stock because I would never have known folding was an option otherwise. The drink holder is a great feature to. I am extremely happy with my early birthday present to myself 😄

Finished chairs look great and fold down just like the images on Amazon. The two large diameter pegs that hold the erect chair in place can be a bit of a fiddle to insert at first but will free up with use. (If not, judicious use of a round file will ease them).Just obe tip - the cup holders come loose with use so either use a dab of thread sealant on the bolt when assembling or some PTFE tape or similar.The instructions are a different matter. Although comprehensive, the hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, etc) is referenced as A, B etc but the packets are labelled by size, eg M6 x 40. You have to continually refer to the hardware page as a cross reference as you build a chair or (easier) go through first and label the actual size alongside the alphabetic reference.It does really need two persons to fit the back onto the chair - one to hold the back in place on the cut outs in the leg/seat assembly and one to fit the hardware. Otherwise the back will slip off the cut outs at every opportunity. (Ask me how I know ...).

Ordered 3 chairs only two arrived. Shocking customer service, actually no customer service from either vonhaus or Amazon. Wrote to vonhaus to say only 2 chairs arrived., not 3 like they have updated on my Amazon account. They said check your tracking, which didn’t work, then refused to communicate. Have made 3 attempts to either use Amazon chatbot or phone. Was on phone for 50 mins being passed around. At the end of 50 mins was told by Amazon their system wasn’t working. They are both making an effort to make it so hard I give up. Shocking service do not buy.

Very nice chairs even has an holder for a drink. Comfortable easy assemble. Well it looked easy when my husband did them.
