Laptop did not power on – completely defective
Unfortunately, the laptop did not turn on at all. The charger included in the box was also defective, so I had to purchase a separate charger just to test whether the issue was with the charger or the laptop itself. When the new charger arrived, the charging indicator light came on, but the laptop still never powered on. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Glitch - disappointing
The media could not be loaded. This computer showed up timely. I loaded and paid for Norton and Office. After all was paid for and loaded the screen started to blink on and off at a rapid rate. I had to figure out how to not be charged for Norton and Office 2x as I was sent a replacement. I returned the 1st computer in accordance with the time line yesterday, and saw in email that I will be charged. Thankful to the Amazon agent who gets 100 stars for fixing this nightmare. Do yourself a favor, buy new and don't buy this.
