This product is just amazing. I keep it in the fridge and it feels lovely when I use it. Also been using it during hot weather to help keep me cool at bedtime. I have tried putting it in the freezer, but it’s actually too cold then.Easy to use and I can put my ponytail through the adjustable part at the back.

As per title. No complaints, adjustable strap is effective. 1 star down as I don't feel this holds temp as well as some others, but a fair trade off for adjustability. Holds shape well. Doesn't freeze. Not used for heat.

This wrap is filled with a soft gel-like slab and wraps around your head to provide warmth or cooling. It's naturally cold, quite cold, which feels great wrapped around your head when you're feeling hot etc. I love that it covers the top as well.However, it doesn't seem to be as thick as others I have, which message it warmed up a little quicker, after about 10m in my case (which just means you have to put it in the fridge or freezer for a bit).As I said, I love that it covers the top of the head too, as opposed to just wrapping around, but the Velcro flap mechanism on the back - although it made it easy to put on - it didn't afford much room to make it tight and provide much compression effect. I'd have preferred the strips to be wider to facilitate this.I won't take a star off though because i think these are just minor issues in an overall great mask. You also get a plastic bag for it to go in the fridge or freezer to isolate it from the smells etc of whatever else you have in there, which is great.

This is a good relaxation mask simply for meditation, without doing anything, other than putting it on at room temperature. You can also cover the top of your head, which is unusual for these. Works hot or cold, so is quite versatile. Either zap it in the microwave for hot, or chuck it in the freezer for cold. Could actually see that getting two of these could make for some interesting Wim Hof type experiments, as you could flip between wearing hot and cold versions, which may potentially be another strategy to try if you suffer from migraines.

My son suffers from anxiety and autism and he finds that wearing these cold caps when anxious really helps. He has several of them so that he can keep them in the freezer and wear them when needed. The usual ones he has contain strips of water which turn into ice in the freezer but these tend to feel hard (non flexible) when worn. This cold cap contains gel which is much softer and more comfortable and the fact that the gel is also on the top of the head is really good (some of his others only go around the head, not on top). He says that these are good, the only disadvantage is that they don't stay cold as long as the ones containing ice. This one can also be put in the microwave if you need a hot hat (unlikely, he says!) Good value at less than £14.

This gel migraine cap is great. It is easy to use and can be used hot or cold. The gel is thick and molds nicely to your head. The gel lining goes completely around and on top of the cap, providing 360° relief. It is comfortable to wear and it is adjustable at the back. I also like that it has a hole for your hair to go through comfortably. I'm really pleased with this well made, high quality cap.

Super cooling, refreshing and comforting. Even on days where I'm just a little overheated, it's ideal for taking a nap as it blacks out my eyes and cools my forehead without being too cold.
