G.I. Joe Classified Series Retro Cardback Snow Serpent, Collectible 6-Inch Action Figure with 8 Accessories

The Retro Cardback Cobra Snow Serpent is a great addition to any Cobra Classified figure collections. They're easier and cheaper to army build compared to the Amazon exclusive version which has more weapons and unique accessories. The "retro" version Is a straight repaint of the "modern" version but with a brighter color palette inspired by it's 80's vintage ARAH toy. I divided the accessories from the deluxe version and gave each one of the retro snow serpents to have a more outstanding weapon load out. The articulation and posing the figure is fun but sometimes hampered by the stiff plastic, the hands are too small and makes wielding the rifle based on Dusty's weapon harder to grip, the fur on their lower arms gets in the way of handling the weapon in a cool, combat pose and the white stand doesn't connect tight to the bottom pegholes of their shoes. Besides those gripes, these are great figures to build a Cobra arctic strike force. Very fun to display and the value was worth getting them.

Christmas gift for my son. He loves it

This line of Retro Classified figures are really made for folks like me, the one who grew up with the original RAH toyline, cartoon, and comics. The Snow Serpent now comes to us in his original colors and looks great! While this is the second version of this figure in the Classified line, like with other "Retro" versions, they focused more on getting the look of the original toy but in keeping within the Classified motif. While the first Classified version came with more accessories and (arguably) the weapons on that one is closer to weapons of the original figure. This one comes with a different backpack and rifle - but they nail the color scheme of the original. Overall, I'm very happy with this one. He was one of my favorite Cobra troopers as a kid, so I'm grateful for color changes. I look forward to more "Retro" conversions.

Cool figure

Great figure. Great price when I bought it

The retro version of the snow serpent gets rid of the frills, such as the wolf skin cloak, but I never cared much for that anyway, as it limited posing. The snowboard would've been cool, though. The blue looks better in person and I quite like the figure itself. The gun, however, is not fantastic and the hands and arms of the figure are difficult, if not impossible, to pose in such a way that both hands are using the gun. Regardless, it's great looking and a good army builder if you're looking to have enemies to rival the Snowcat Haslab coming out next year!

Item muito bem feito e com vários acessórios, a linha classified consegue mordenizar a linha Gi Joe (Comandos em Ação) mas sem perder a essência dos clássicos , recomendo.

Es más grande que las figuras de los 80's y 90's pero también articulado y conserva el estilo del empaque de esas décadas, aunque con menos y diferentes articulaciones. Los accesorios adicionales es igual de abundante. El detalle de los accesorios y partes del uniforme es muy bueno.

Articulation is the standard for the line. Decent accessories since it is going for the classic 80s toy look. Only minor nitpick has to do with the snow shoes. Doesn't take away anything from the figure, but would have been handy if either the backpack had a spot to hold the snowshoes or they had peg holes so that the figure could use the stand while having all the accessories on him.
