First, I rarely write reviews. This machine works great and I have been very impressed overall. It works well with Any cards we have put in it and after several months of use it has not jammed even once.It only does 1 riffle but that’s fine since we usually do a couple hand riffles/strips before we put cards in anyway. My wife is Filipina and this machine is Perfect for Tongits, and it has been a huge hit for that. There is a bit of learning curve but it’s easy to get it going right out of the box. Shop around too bc there a several different brands of what I believe is the Same Thing. I paid $199.00 after seeing one for $275. We just ordered a second one for $129 plus tax.Texas Hold’em Purists may not love it as much but I think it could be workable. The biggest down side for me is it only deals 8 players. I really wish it did 10. I still say the Good far out weighs the bad. I highly recommend it. Also, whatever noise it makes has not been any issue at all. The speed is perfect. Make sure you get the one that Shuffles And Deals, AND comes with the 4 remote buttons. They work great too and if you play Hold’em you can just push the button once for the burn card and then 3 times for the flop etc. hope this info is helpful.

I have very poor hands but really enjoy playing cards. This machine is awesome. I'm currently using it to play pai gow poker. It even does a random deal ( just like pai gow at the casino). The shuffle is like one riffle shuffle but you can opt for a random deal (where instead of dealing all of the cards to a player at once, it will deal a certain number then rotate to deal to another player and keep rotating until the total number of cards is dealt. The instruction are a bit difficult to understand but there's a very good tutorial online. The one thing that I wish they had done was mark the buttons with a different color so they can be identified better. It's even fun to watch the machine.

I initially was going to write a bad review and return the machine. I was using my normal Hoyle Waterproof Playing Cards and watching it randomly spew cards all over the table. After multiple failed attempts, I changed to Bicycle cards. Problem solved. It has been working perfectly since July 12th. The only issue I have with it is the fully charged battery completely discharges after three or four days. I have to remember to plug it in the day before I use it.

I don’t know if there’s an adjustment but if the cards aren’t new, it works very unreliably. If they are new, it works most of the time still not perfect. The shuffling feature works good. It’s just dealing cards. Tend to hang up.

We bought this unit in April, we use to play 6 player phase 10 and it’s worked flawlessly for quite a few games so far.No complaints here 👍🏼
