AP Computer Science A Premium, 12th Edition: Prep Book with 6 Practice Tests + Comprehensive Review + Online Practice (Barron's AP Prep)

I'm currently taking the AP CSA class, and the explanations in this book for polymorphism, inheritance (specifically, which methods are run at run time) and primitive VS class type parameters are GOOD-- I couldn't understand these concepts in class even though I asked lots of questions, but here it's put in an understandable way. And if questions arise, it's amazingly discussed on the very next paragraph or passage.Overall, highly recommend. Some practice questions (MCQs) are a bit weird, as my CSA teacher also says, but for me the content is worth it.

Just order from Amazon instead of trying to find a local bookstore which is pretty much nonexistent anymore unfortunately.

My child was failing AP Computer Science. The AP Computer Science book has helped her tremendously; my child now has an A in the class.I highly recommend!

My son has been unable to access the online practice which is promoted as part of this premium edition. We’ve contacted Barton’s online customer support many times and each time they say issues is resolved. However, he still cannot access the online content. Anyone else have this issue?

This is supposed to be the latest edition, but the material is not up to date for the 2025 May exam.The part I particularly dislike about this, though, is that on Barron's own website, they indicate that this material is supposed to be up to date for the May 2025 exams (screenshot attached).Even though much of the content is still relevant, there are an unignorable number of discrepancies between what is provided here and what the College Board says they will be testing.
