A Serviceable Notebook...Decent Value
There's not a ton to say about this; it's about what you would expect. The quality is fine. The board covers are sturdy enough and the attached elastic band works well as either a place-marker or a closure. The rings are smooth and allow for the pages to turn without issue. It's worth noting that the paper is perforated, so you can neatly tear out pages. And the paper pocket on the inside of the back cover is a decent touch for a smaller notebook. All in all, a serviceable notebook. I had no complaints...I'm not sure how the price stacks up against competitors but it seems like decent value.

Very nice journal style notebook...
These little 6x8 notebooks used to be easy to find but I have a hard time finding them in the brick and mortar stores at least in my area. I like to use them mainly as an exercise journal to log sets and reps because I don't need a full sheet of paper and the don't take up much space on a desk or in my gym bag. I have noticed that they tend to be kind of pricey but maybe this is due to the lack of availability or maybe they just don't sell as many of them. At any rate, the last few times I have bought them I have had to order them online. This notebook is actually very nice, high quality, I really hate to use it as an exercise journal because I'll just end up tossing it at the end. i feel like it should be used in such a way that you would keep it and use it to reflect back on, like a diary or something. The covers front and back are made from some quality stock heavy board, almost like you would see on a hardback book. The pages seem to be thicker and a little better stock than just a standard notebook. The lines on the paper are pretty standard but there is no large margin at the top like you normally see in a standard notebook but not a big deal. It's double spiral and the wire seems stiffer than normal and should be more durable. It has an elastic strap attached to the front cover that holds the book closed or can double as a bookmark. As for the value, if you are just looking for a scratchpad to jot notes and toss, you might want to look for a cheaper alternative. But if you need a small notebook to use in a way that you will keep it for a while and refer back to this should definitely do the trick. it's well made, well designed even down to the rounded edges, and the durable material should last for years if stored correctly. And did I mention there is a pocket built in to the back cover? I definitely recommend this product.

Pretty but thin pages
I love a good notebook. This one checks most of the boxes: double spiral, hardcover, smaller than letter size, aesthetically pleasing. The only thing thing it falls a bit short on is the page quality. I prefer them a bit thicker. Otherwise, still a solid notebook.

Cute, Small Notebook Although Slightly Pricey
Not Real Leather But This is BetterIf you read the product description closely, it says faux leather. On the notebook itself, it says vegan leather. Otherwise, an animal wasn't killed to make this. I actually like this. Making things out of animal parts is barbaric.Only 80 Pages. The product description says 160 pages, but that's only if you count each sheet of paper as 2 since you can write on both sides. So this is somewhat thin. This is really only suitable for a temporary project in which you can take notes. You'll soon run out of pages since this is only 160 pages.QualityThe build quality is just ok. This isn't a luxury item. Nor should it be since you're only going to use it for a short time. This is a cute notebook that opens and closes easily. More than good enough for any short-term project you may have. At $8, it might be slightly steep given the small number of pages though.Green Color is BestI have both the brown and green version. I think the green looks the best.

Perfect notebook for work!
I got this LACCHOUFEE lined spiral notebook because I needed a smaller notebook to bring to work meetings that I could use for taking notes. I have a bad habit of scribbling notes on whatever I have whether it's a napkin, envelope, or on the back or corner of a random piece of paper, that's if I even have something nearby. I needed a bit more organization but needed something minimal to ensure I would use it.This checked all the boxes. The notebook has a hard front and back and closes with an elastic so it can easily hold up travelling in my bag to and from work without getting beat up or having the pages get bent and torn. It has the large spiral which easily holds a pen, even slightly larger gel ball pens. It can open and flip around the cover so it takes up very little desk space, and overall just looks clean and professional so it looks right at home when I carry it around at work. All in all this notebook has been very worthwhile. It is much easier to keep with me because of its size and I have been taking more notes which was the main goal. Plus since it holds the pen in the spiral binding, I always have the pen with me and ready to write. If you're looking for a compact, usable notebook with quality construction and features this is an excellent choice!

Journal is enjoyable to use, but I found the paper a bit thin
I was pleased to receive this leather-covered journal, but the olive green color is a bit depressing and ugly. It reminds me of my time in the military because it is olive drab. If you are purchasing this journal, I recommend a different color if this does not suit you. The binding is made of double spiral wire. It arrived in good condition, and the binding allows you to lay the journal flat on any page in the book. The front and back covers are made of thick cardboard covered in a thin covering of what is supposed to be leather. It is supposed to be waterproof. I put a few drops of water on the cover. The water beaded and did not absorb into the cover. It wiped off and did not stain the cover either. The only concern I have, and it is a major one, is that the paper is quite thin. You can easily read the ink from my ballpoint pen on the back of the page you just wrote on. One nice thing about the notebook is that the pages are perforated for easy removal. Considering the journal’s price, I have few complaints and would recommend it.
