For background info there many grades of silk. The Allbebe Ascots silk, though beautiful, is somewhat coarse when compared to other silk items owned. Not sandpaper coarse, but not the feel of sateen finish silk either. These Ascots are very wearable and not uncomfortable, a nice cravat but as stated, lacks the sateen finish.

Nice quality ascot. Looks as pictured with silver and gray. No tags or labels on product to confirm silk material. Husband like it.

This is a great deal on a very high quality item. The silk is not perfectly smooth-but that seems like as much a function of the pattern as the cloth. I wore this all day and had no discomfort at all. Great deal, great item, great shipper.

Nice looking, easy to tie. Material a bit stiff, not high quality silk. Good value for the price.
