Great product, I work midnights and helps me go to sleep when get home.

I use these almost every night and they really work. If I forget a night I still can fall asleep. I don’t have to always take them. I don’t feel groggy the next morning

Worked for a few days then had to double up on the dosage, after the first week stayed asleep for the first couple of days then started waking up during the night. Took at least an hour to fully kick in after a week. Taste is waaay better than the other zzz’s over it’s good but 100 is a lot of gummies to try out

Helped me fall asleep but I still struggled to stay asleep. Disclaimer I’m on ADHD meds that give me some serious insomnia. The three stars is mainly due to the flavor. These do not taste good. I feel like I have to force them down. The texture is also super weird and they are COATED in some type of sugar making them grossly sweet. I will be finishing this bottle then looking for some other options.
