Avoid
Ordered a guitar so my five year-old could begin to learn. Item arrived in good time for her birthday, however from the very outset the G refused to hold tune (and the neck was chipped). I contacted the supplier who told me rather sniffly that I wasn't tuning it right. Despite having 10 years plus playing experience myself I eventually found the time to go and get an electric tuner and when that failed THEN take the guitar to my local music shop - where lo and behold they told me it was faulty. At which point I contacted the supplier, who rather sniffly told me it was out of warranty. You get what you pay for I guess, and in this case you get VERY poor service and a VERY poor product. Needless to say I've gone and bought her a proper guitar now and I'd advise anyone looking at this to do the same.

String can't be tighten, defective product
Guitar looks good, well packed and the book inside is great. BUT... it came with one string so weak, when we tried to tighten, realised the string is not hold in place at all, no matter how much you try. I'll have to return it, we are all disappointed, especially the kid. Returning will prove to be another challenge as only pick up from address is given on next bussines day. And we work full time. Awful choice I made to buy this, despite the idea and presentation were nice.

It’s a toy only
The children guitar is not a professional one and it’s impossible to tune it up. It’s only for children to pluck it and play with it but not to learn on it.

A Christmas present
As this is a Christmas present for my grandson I'm unable to give any rating to value for money, but it looked a good buy, as for sound quality, again I am unable to give a rating, however it did arrive on time and I find that worth 5 stars, thank you
