It works great as a back pack, duffle, or shoulder bag. You can also just use the hand straps on the top, end, or side. The 25l is the perfect size for gym and EDC. This bag is fantastic. You can zip up the internal compartments to separate the bag into a larger center section and two smaller side sections to keep things organized. The bag has many options for carrying it, the single handle on top, the should strap, and backpack straps. The material feels high quality, thick and won’t rip easily. 25L Perfect Carry-On. Nice build quality, with the plenty of storage pockets, well designed buckles, and thin interior padding. Nylon fabric is medium weight, not too heavy but still rugged. Only minor downside would be the interior divider zippers. They could be more robust, however the divider panels are an option that may not even be needed. Overall nice bag for the price.

It's a decent size and I like the compartments that you can make. I use this as a gym bag and I really enjoy it. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that it doesn't feel the most durable. If you were planning on loading this thing out with anything heavy I would recommend against it but it works great as a weekend bag or a gym bag.

let me first mention that i have not had this for a long time and cant speak of the durability of the material or zippers (which are essentially the most important part of the bag). it is very light and a great value for its size. i am able to carry multiple cameras, chargers, flash units, batteries, accessories. it is made with multiple ways to carry, with handle carry, strap over the shoulder or shoulder straps like a backpack (so if one breaks it can be used in another fashion.

Seems well made. Used for several 2-4 day trips. Easy to convert to from back pack to duffle but works better as a back pack. Not rigid enough to work well as a duffle. Plenty of storage and keeps things organized.
