Game to help educate while having fun
Great game- this is like a snakes and ladders style game which is fun. The only negative if we found a lot of the questions very similar

Extremely disappointing
It is quite a puzzle to me how this game has such a high average rating. The instructions are really hard to follow as they seem to be written by someone with substandard English skills. The pieces are of poor quality and one of them kept falling over because plastic remnants made the bottom part of it uneven. The graphics on the mat you play on are quite messy and the lines you are meant to follow hard to see. But most importantly playing the actual game is incredibly boring as there are very few of the coloured spots that trigger a question or special event. So basically you just end up taking turns rolling the dice and moving your pieces along without anything entertaining or educational happening. We bought this game as a birthday present for our 10 year old son who has a big interest in geography so it seemed perfect for him. But even though he is generally very patient he found it very boring just moving the piece along and waiting to land on a spot where he would be asked a question. Very disappointing purchase. Would definitely not recommend.

Terrible quality
I ordered this because the questions seemed about the right level for an 8-year old. And they kind of are. But the quality of the game otherwise is just terrible. Children won't learn geography well from the map. You can just about make out the continents. All geographic features are distorted at scale and location (New York takes up half of North America), the Atlantic looks like a channel and drawings of landmarks/famous items are so large and numerous that even adults would struggle to identify a location. The game rules are so so basic and not thought through. You can roll your dice around the map for 40 minutes and only end up getting a handful of questions in that time. Sometimes you're incentivised to get the question wrong (!). It's very easy to follow the wrong arrow and only discover it three moves later. I think they've made mistakes in the board layout and not sense-checked it. The polyester canvas is very large, which is nice, but flimsy and it's difficult to get the pieces to stay put which led to arguments. In places the game path goes off the map and returns somewhere else...! While I (more than my kids) enjoyed the questions, the game itself was not enjoyable. Waste of money, sadly. And it was not cheap!

Not great
Very poor, not enough question spots. You are basically moving forward spaces not learning anything about geography. Can be quite confusing to see where the arrows are pointing. Slow and tedious.
