This Thing Is A Lot Of FUN!
I'm getting older & so are my grandsons so I sold all my RC gear after years of loving to fly RC planes & helis. But apparently I wasn't done so I bought this just to occasionally take out & fly. I read the reviews thinking it was fair but not made that well. People talked about it being hard to fly & breaks easily. Apparently all those people have never flown an RC plane. This thing is simple to fly & made very well & is a cross between a plane & a helicopter. I even bought a couple extra batteries so I could have longer fly times. I love the switch that makes it go vertical! If you know how to fly RC & want something not expensive but a ton of fun to fly you need to get yourself one of these!

I would give it no stars if I could money wasted
Do not try flying the plane if when you rock back-and-forth the Gyro flaps don’t automatically move. After crashing the plane to pieces breaking the motor mount and glue it all back together three times. It finally broke off a piece inside I believe it was very important piece. All the servos and Rutters are stuck in a hard left position towards the end of flying it. I hope this helps someone else I found that if it’s not responding, shut the remote controller off and bind it again Then the auto stabilizers work. 30% of the time

Good plane for the money..
Servos work a little week though, and it flies a little heavy, not much of a glider if you’re used to flying a little fast, this plane is very fun flies great.. definitely land into the wind you’ll need it. Tho, it’s not that bad.

Defective
Very cool product but battery compartment melted and started smoking after about 3 short flights. Very very short battery life also. Internals are ruined after just a few minutes.

Little Speedy QIDI!
Because it is a small airplane is it for beginners? I guess it depends on your level in the hobby! For me just getting started I found myself with a handful! After minor adjustments finally I'm flying with confidence growing with a few minutes of flight time, this little QIDI was a handful even in stabilized mode. You have to stay in the throttle or it stalls out, so your learning of the controls become less confident experience. Soooo go slow and take back control by slowing down my learning process and realize your not going to learn it all in one day! After numerous crashes and understanding the functionality of the aircraft I was then able to go a full battery charge of 10 minutes or more! One last thing the rudder/accelerator stick is just way to sensitive for me. Happy flying!

Fragile Airlines Inc.
This is a over priced, over engineered styrofoam glider. I have three cheaper styrofoam propeller planes that have held up a lot longer than this model. As soon as I pulled this out of the box I noticed that I could see through the planes wings? The area where the flaps connect to the wings I could actually see through. The directions are a little lacking in well direction. I was surprised that I broke two propellers during my first flight. I broke one propeller the first landing and then shattered another and the propeller base during my second landing. Neither were hardcore crash landings either. I went to replace the propeller base but nothing to help was found in the directions. Plane is a delicate mess that will break on you. The extra propellers are a nice attempt to giving you more but you will need them. At over $100 you might as well go outside and set a $100 bill on fire. Disappointing but not surprised. Take my advice. Buy the extra protection insurance.
