Time it takes to install
The media could not be loaded. Worth it, but the only thing that I would say is wrong for others if you don’t like waiting a long time to set up something otherwise it’s easy to set up. If you follow the tutorial, my controller is brand new so it worked easily if you have an older one, just know some stuff might break you don’t know Just to be safe otherwise it’s good and I recommend it if you’re a pro gamer.

Clicky button works great
Product works greats!!! Unsure that it makes one of the back button no work. Wish there were clicky buttons for the shoulder buttons.

The dpad click disappears.
I game competitively and the fighting game I play requires an extraneous amount of button holding and pressing on the dpad that only after a couple sessions the right button on the pad becomes harder to press than the others.(aka mushy)I have purchased this twice thinking maybe it was defective but I was wrong. I rewatched the provided video thinking I put the membrane in incorrectly and I was still wrong. The click is gone and trying to adjust the pressure on the right dpad button mid game is the impossible.

Nearly perfect, but with a fatal flaw
Spent about 2 hours testing this tonight, including taking apart my Edge multiple times to swap rubbers and recheck fitment. The good: An abundance of spare parts included in case you lose anything during disassembly, all the tools you need to complete the job, two sets of rubber for the d-pad and face buttons each. D-pad performance is excellent and a huge boon to fighting game pad players. I have discrete buttons from Battle Beaver Customs (not the OEM rocker d-pad), and it works flawlessly with those. The bad: 3 of the 4 face buttons feel fantastic. Circle does not, and I was unable to solve it despite trying everything from cleaning the button with isopropyl alcohol and using electrical tape to hold the eXtremeRate pad in place during assembly. The issue is that it grinds against the side of the housing and you feel friction with every button press. You can mitigate it somewhat by pressing directly down from the top of the button, but nobody does that -- we all rest our thumbs in the negative space of the center and slide to the button needed. Friction/vibration occurs every time you press Circle from the inside. It can't be fixed. One possible reason: When I laid the stock electrocapacitive ribbon over the top of the eXtremeRate one, Triangle, Square and Cross all lined up perfectly center with the OEM button locations. Circle was offset slightly to the left, probably by about 1mm (or less). The button works and if you adjust your grip outward you can probably mitigate the issue, but if you use paddles that's not a practical solution. I think it's a flaw in either the design or the tolerances during manufacturing. The location of the mechanical switch for Circle isn't centered properly and pushing the button to the sides of the housing instead of resting in the middle.I really wanted to love this thing. The d-pad is a dream, and I'm all for replacing electrocapacitive rubber with mechanical switches (I have multiple retro controllers with tactile bumpers and love them). But I lasted all of 10 minutes with that rubbing on Circle before I gave up and tore my controller apart again. If you don't think that'll bother you, everything else about this package is fantastic and well thought-out. If you think you might be sensitive to it, then pass on this. If I could have a mechanical d-pad while keeping the face buttons using the stock electrocapacitive setup, I'd buy that.
