Women's Summer Midi Shirt Dresses Button Down 1/2 Sleeve Lapel Casual Cotton Linen Dress

Very stylish and good quality

The dress arrived yesterday. After opening up the package, I realized I should have known better. The dress is not the dress in the picture. I scrolled through the photos, and after the 2nd photo, a different dress was shown. It's pink. The style is similar. It's the dress I ordered and hoped for. It's disappointing, but also not 100% honest. The fabric is cheap, and the fit is not what I wanted. This is happened a few times before with clothing orders. I will NEVER order clothing from Amazon again unless it's a brand name I'm familiar with.

This is a great casual summer dress. It looks great, is easy to wash, and is comfortable. The fabric is a kind of linen, lightweight, perfect for summertime. It feels great and is worth it.

The material is heavier than what I expected. I thought it would be more of a linen, but it’s not it is more like a heavy cotton textured shirt. So when you touch it, it has like a raised feel to the fabric. It’s definitely not for summer because you’re gonna sweat it’s not a breathable fabric at all. With that said it is still cute for late summer and even early fall although the color is not a color I actually live in Florida and I can get away with it after Labor Day. I am gonna keep it because the length is good and the fit is good and I can actually wear it to work with some brown wedges and I’ll be fine. But if you live up north just know that the fabric could take you into the fall if you get a darker color. And when I say north, I’m talking about maybe North Carolina for the fall not the upper states.

Size Medium fits perfectly. (Amazon recommendation and what I usually wear.) Like another reviewer, I too am pleased the sleeves are not raglan style. The fabric is heavier than expected; not a true linen but rather a cotton/linen blend. It is not see through. The pockets are made of the same fabric and seem to make the hip area look bulky. I may remake the pockets with a lighter fabric for a more flattering silhouette. Since the shoulders fit well and the size was perfect I chose to keep it. I hand washed it right out of the bag to soften the fabric. There was some expected color bleed but it didn't change the hot pink color of the dress. The washed garment softened a little bit but not as much as I was hoping for. Maybe 10 minutes in the dryer might of helped. I purchased this for upcoming summer travel to Italy. Haven't decided if I'll take it yet due to the weight of the fabric. Cute with a belt.

This is a beautiful well made linen dress. It fits true to size, I wear it all the time as a house dress, a bathing suit cover up and even sleep in the beautiful linen fabric. Glad I purchased it!

Nice design, too small for Western women's bodies unless one is tiny. The hips don't have enough fabric to cover your legs while sitting. Looks NOTHING like the model picture. The fabric is just awful. I have washed and dried mine 4 times so far. It remains itchy. Not sure I will ever wear this. Fabric too thick to be a cool summer dress. Definitely NOT linen. NO problem with the quality of sewing. I will only be able to wear in fall with leggings or shorts.

I LOVE THIS dress, I’ve been looking for a button down collared shirt for ages. I’m top heavy (D-cup) with broad shoulders, so being able to button every button comfortably is a plus for me. I bought xl, but I may buy xxl just to see ( at under $40, not a bad deal) My hips are relatively narrow so the fit of the lower part of a dress usually not a concern for me; this dress’s silhouette works perfectly for me, it may not for someone with more of an hourglass figure. The length is right at my knees, so I can wear it with or without leggings. The fabric is not see-through, nor is it beachwear weight. The fabric isn’t heavy, but I can wear this dress from now until early May with a cardigan for cooler days (I live in Southern Georgia). My plan is to buy more colors!
