Works Well With Xbox & Gaming PC
This works well for switching my Xbox Series X and gaming machine (3080) between my TV and ultra wide monitor. It also works well with a fiber optic HDMI cable I am using for the long run to my TV. A little expensive but well worth it if you swap between inputs and outputs a lot

Really good, but not perfect
The media could not be loaded. This is one of the very first HDMI 2.1 Matrix Switches I've tested that has 4K 120 Hz available on both outputs. While this capability is excellent, it's not perfect as there's glaring bug in which the Matrix Switch(in this Orei model BK-402A) may drop the resolution to 1080p 60 Hz for no apparent reason. I then have to turn it off then back on again for 4K 120 Hz to work. If it's possible for Orei to push a firmware update to fix this strange "1080p 60 Hz" bug, even just listing it on the website, that would help greatly. It otherwise works well, and it is by far the most powerful HDMI 2.1 Matrix Switch that I have. The attached video is a very simple screen capture using this Matrix Switch and an Elgato 4K X capture card. While they insist that capture cards do not work, this is objectively false as the majority of game consoles disable copyrighted content and media apps including YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc when HDCP is disabled. Furthermore, I've been able to capture my PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch using this Matrix Switch, all with no problems whatsoever.

Console Twitch Streamers Dream
This works even better than I imagined. It takes a bit of playing around with the switches on the front, but it allows you to switch between consoles on multiple TVs. I have a TV for normal use and one that I use as a computer monitor when I stream that goes through a capture card. It does 4K at 120 Hz with no issues. It does not do Dolby Vision, which one of my TVs can do, but it is still perfect otherwise. I highly recommend this matrix for anyone who wants to do 4K at high frame rates to two different TVs or monitors.

Better than any AVProedge product for a fraction of $
I have a splitter connected to one of the outputs and i use this doohickey here to switch my main monitor between my 2 PCs on one output, and my LG tv + secondary monitor on the other output. Has an optical port and the audio extraction works great! Purchasing and actually being able to use low cost products like these that actually work very well is so satisfying

Worked at First, But Now Fails to Detect Devices
I initially had high hopes for this 4x2 HDMI switch — it worked great out of the box. But after a few weeks, it stopped detecting my Apple TVs and PS5 entirely. I’ve tested the same HDMI cables and devices directly into the TVs, and everything works perfectly, so the switch is clearly the issue. For context, I have two TVs in the same room connected to two Apple TVs, a PS5, and a Nintendo Switch. Disappointing for a device that’s supposed to simplify my setup — instead, it’s added more hassle.

Works, with one issue
When I turned on the home theater, I did not get an HDMI sync. Switching the input ports made the sync happen almost instantly. Once "awake" it worked perfectly.

OREI 8K eARC HDMI Matrix Switch almost perfect, resets HDMI Input to 1, signal delay
I bought this unit to use on my LG C2 OLED Television as I needed more HDMI inputs to connect game consoles and streaming devices. I used the 4th HDMI input on my LG to connect the OREI to eARC out and from there I connected my devices; Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch, Xfinity Streaming Device and a Dreamcast with AV to HDMI converter. After setting everything up and leaving the dip switches on the OREI 8K to default, it worked out the box. All the devices (one at a time) can now be used on the 1 HDMI input on my LG. No more having to reach to the back, disconnect a device and reconnect another device. That is one of the main reasons I bought it and of course to still take advantage of 4k support and 120hz for gaming. I made sure to buy certified HDMI 2.1 cables for my steam deck and streaming device to ensure I can get the supported resolutions which seems to be working just fine. The OREI 8K is well built but the remote seems to be cheaply made and very small. The Power brick is standard block AC adapter and I wish it wasn't so beefy so that I can easily squeeze it behind my furniture. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and it seems to be holding up. I never turn the unit off because my television is used frequently so for me I never turn off the OREI, I hope that does not become a problem but it can be turned off. Here is why I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I have noticed that when I turn off the television, the OREI 8K will reset back to HDMI input 1. So say for example, I have a device that I am constantly using on HDMI Input 3, if i turn my television off and come back, the OREI will now be reset to HDMI 1. In this case, you have to get the remote or on the unit itself and select the desired Input. I find this pretty annoying and wish it would just remain on the last used HDMI Input. Next, I noticed that there is a delay for the picture to come on when a device is turned on. I have noticed this with all the devices connected to the OREI but the steam deck and Switch seem to have a longer signal delay and can take a few second to 1 minute for the picture to come on screen. There are times where I make sure my steam deck is on and no picture is being displayed. Not sure if I have a defective unit but customer support please feel free to reach out if you think this is a problem. I sometimes have to switch to a different input then come back to the desired input for the signal to be picked up.

Need for audio extraction and works great
The media could not be loaded. So found out the lg c2 optical out is too noise for the fiio k5 ess dac. This solves the problem. Bonus it can output to a second device
