I bought this product to be able to stretch my calves out at home and my hamstring, I use it at home every night while I’m staying there and watch TV. It’s adjustable. It’s comfortable it’s functional. It’s built well. Great quality the size is perfect. It’s a great value for the money and it’s very comfortable.It’s very easy to use. I just keep it in the box by the couch and pull it out and use it every night. It has helped my legs and my restless leg syndrome.

This is a very well and cleverly designed product with several options for stretching calf and foot muscles with the layered layout. It seems to be very durable, yet light and fits neatly into its box, thus eliminating clutter. I use it every day and it has reduced cramping, tightness, and significantly stretched my calf muscles. This has been a great purchase. I bought these for my home workout and I've been using for stretching as well. The boards are of good quality, there are three of them and it comes with a leaflet with different kinds of exercises you can do with the slant boards. I totally recommend it

These are high quality and very sturdy! Work perfectly under my desk to use off and on while working. Perfect size for any size foot.

Cheap product. It is just styorofoam. Shouldn't cost more than $10 if that. Does the job.

These blocks are very well made, can be fit together or taken apart to get the height you want, and come with a little foldout that has stretches and exercise ideas. The material is non-toxic and doesn't smell, and is non-sip. I've only used it for a few days, but already can notice a big difference in calf tightness.
