As an addition to a regular diet, these fibre supplements work well to compliment a decent diet. The capsules are well manufactured and don't instantly dissolve in the mouth or split in the jar when shaken about.I do appreciate them being supplied in a jar too - makes for easy storage and easy recycling too - which is nice.10/10

It doesn’t work

Helped with my digestion and made my bowels more regular after about two weeks of taking it did I noticed an improvement.No adverse reactions were noticed after taking .Swallowing is ok. May be a bit big capsules for some but it will go down better with a few sips of water.

These are really convenient for getting that extra fibre in your diet. Everyone needs more fibre in their diet. Personally, I'm used to drinking psyllium husk powder, but it did take a while to get used to the flavour. These bypass that problem by making it much easier to swallow. The only problem is that I usually take about 10g a day to help digestion, so when I take these capsules, I usually swallow 8 of them. That's a bit less than what I normally take, but it's handy in case I forget to take them and can't be bothered to drink the brown, muddy liquid.

I'm finding it very helpful, even though I try and maintain a good diet.The recommended dosage is four capsules a day, but as I eat a large bowl of porridge every day for breakfast I'm halving the dose, to one with lunch and one with supper. Taken with plenty of water, the psyllium expands quite a bit in your tummy, helping you to feel full, which can also assist with dieting.I'm finding this supplement is helping to regularise my digestion, and keeping things regular. In official terms, my gut motility has improved. In turn I feel more energetic and healthier. I'll be happy to purchase more when this bottle runs out, and I happily recommend it to you with a five star rating.

[Psyllium Husks Capsules - 2200mg]Psyllium is a useful source of fibre and one I've used for a long time to supplement my diet, though usually just in powdered form which I'll add into a shake or yoghurt so I was happy to try these capsules, as they're convenient to take any time without needing to mix up a drink etc.You get 120 standard gel caps, which are easy to swallow and tasteless.
