Belts were very tight!
I was not sure that I had the proper belt. It was very very small and very difficult to get on. I guess this is just the way it is made.

OK, So Far
The belts were shipped promptly via US Postal Service and appear to be genuine Panasonic, as advertised. The first belt of the pair attached to the vacuum as specified and continued to function perfectly for the first 15 minutes of full use. So far, so good. If the belt breaks prematurely I'll edit this review and modify the score accordingly. (Light use so far, but the first belt is still working. 2/23/2015)
