Let Down
When I first bought this mattress I was so pleased with it that I awarded it 5 stars straight away. I probably should have waited and tested it for a longer period. 4 months down the line it started dipping in despite the regular turns. I mean I am well within the weight limit for the mattress (75kg and 5ft 9" tall), so I would not expect it to dip so quickly. It's been approx. 9months now and I have reached the point where I have to purchase a new mattress as I cannot endure the body aches any longer. I thought I should write this review as it helps others(like me) to make informed choices when purchasing products. I bought this mattress after considering all the positive reviews but now I am beginning to wonder...whatever happened to the 10 year guarantee?

May not be BS5852 Compliant!
I am happy with the comfort and size of this mattress (at least until I have to move house!) but I recently received a letter informing me that it is not BS5852 compliant (fire retardancy) and that in order to comply with legislation I would have to return it to Dorset at my own cost.I had been considering ordering another for the spare room, but considering this information I think that I'll go with another brand.

Also dissapointed
We also after a few months have a ridge formed in the mattress, me and my husband spend the whole night rolling into each other and our tiny baby rolls into the dip when I put her on the bed. The leaps and hoops this company want you to go throug to get this problem sorted are ridiculous,the mattress has no firmness left after 6 months now, hugely disappointed :-(

Waste of money!
Threw it away after a year! It’s foam with about 4in memory foam glued on top, big dip in the middle (on both sides) that gave me a bad back

Sweet dreams
Well we have tried memory foam mattresses before but this one is fabulous and I have waited 6 months to review it in order to test it thoroughly. It doesn't matter that we are very different in size and weight, plus the mattress is nice and cool without being cold.

Fantastic mattress
I got this at a great price so I thought I would give it a try was nt expecting it to be great I have been using it now for over a month I never have a ache or pain when I get up it is so comfy I would highly recommend this mattress I even bought another one for my aunt she loved mine when she tried it so go on go for it buy it you won t be disappointed

Better than what I had you get what you pay for its not the best quality. I get a better nights sleep and its comfortable

Great!!
This mattress has given us the best night sleep in over 20 years. Very comfortable, fits round the body like a comfy slipper. The free pillows took some getting use to, and since then no neck pain. Would highly recommend this item. Great service also ordered one evening delivered the folowing morning.
