I bought this to go with the main head device 3.0. This lets you start gently rehabbing a neck injury or stiffness. It’s a great way to slowly ramp up your rehab. It’s been great so far.

Good resistance band that comes in various resistance levels. Much better than the band that came with my neck harness training kit (and eventually failed).

Good condition operates as expected

It’s a high quality resistance band. Works great with the iron neck and is definitely challenging.

Works good. Short length is applicable to neck training exercises done with two points of contact, compared to arm exercises (3 points of contact).

This band works great for beginning a neck resistance training regimen. It’s important to start out light weight and increase gradually. This bad is great for that. I moved up to the 25 lbs band already.
