I am very use to using this product. Prefer large dulse more. You can use the flakes in chowder and other fish recipes. Try different ways to use these weeds of the sea. When I was younger we used to pick this off the rocks in New Brunswick, CANADA Dulse as they are called down home! Are very healthy for your body too.

The product is good in teast, my expectations was low but when I tried chenge everything. The only thing is little expensive. Other than that is good.

I mix it in a smoothie along with other dry ingredients as well as bananas, orange, blueberries and some honey! So you really don’t notice the taste because some many things combine.

nice and fine cut tastes very good nice purple/pink tone...very acceptable in sweet or savoury food as an iodine (in my opinion) supplement...atlantic north fresh cold waters less pollution i imagineX!! 9ps sea salt also works but it increases your blood pressure)
