So far I believe it is doing what I got it for. In the past I used the 7 or 10 day cleanse and found them to be helpful but I was looking for something I could use on a daily basis to prevent another parasite problem.. I got this for that reason. It gives me extra fiber and keeps "things" moving through and out of my system. I would recommend this to anyone who has had and want a to prevent parasites....

Not the best…so gentle its practically useless

Easy way to add fiber to your diet and maintain a healthy digestion. I did not notice any weight loss due to usage however.

Not my favorite fiber pill but easy to swallow and no funny after taste/burps. The price is a little high for what you get. I wish physillum husk was available on S&S as that's my favorite. This is ok compared to physillum husk price wise and result wise, hence the 3 stars.

I've used other cleanse products and this one is really easy on the body and works. I set up on auto delivery each month -- so one less thing I need to think about.

I had high hopes for this greatly reviewed product but all it did was make me constipated. I feel so bloated and backed up. I never had this problem before taking, I wanted to take them to cleanse me out due to tummy aches I was having. Now I'm having a bigger more uncomfortable problem instead.
