Waste of money.
This is a very bad product, after using it only 2 months its capacity reduced to only 5000 mha the company is making fools by advertising, that it has a capacity of 20000 mha.

Way Better then third party power banks which you will find in local store which can’t even charge iPhone to 100% 2 or 3 times and have fake capacity but this product is legitimate and i will able to charge my iPhone to 100% 7 times! Only problem is it very heavy and it looks simple and but made out good material so it very durable.

Do not buy this.
Built is cheap. It supports 22.5 watt Charging but stopped fast charging after one week. The usb ports are cheap and loosely packed. It takes 6 hours to charge a 4500 mah battery. The Qualcomm supported phones are also not charging properly.

Absolute Garbage - Don't Waste Your Money
I bought this Amazon Basics 20000mAh power bank for my parents who were traveling from India to Canada. Let me tell you, it was a complete disaster.First off, when they opened the package, the power bank was in pieces. Literally. It looked like it had been through a war before it even reached us. Then, when they tried to turn it on, nothing happened. Zip. Zilch. Nada. What's the point of buying something that doesn't even start up? It's beyond useless.This has got to be the worst Amazon Basics product I've ever laid my hands on. It's not just bad; it's atrocious. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. We'll definitely be returning it once my parents get back to India. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this dumpster fire of a power bank.

Sehr gut aber langsam
Die Powerbank macht alles was sie soll allerdings sind 18 Watt leider recht langsam beim Aidladen wenn man normalerweise mit 45watt oder 60watt aufwärts, habe sie aber für mein Gimbal bzw für Notfälle fürs Handy gekauft und dafür ist sie vorallem für diesen Preis sehr empfehlenswert.
