Easy to install. Love the brushed nickel look. Matches my sink and faucet perfectly. Only issue is that the plastic tube doesn’t go down far enough in the soap dispenser bottle. It stopped pumping soap with an inch of soap still in the bottom. However, I do like the longer spout it has. It pumps the soap far enough to reach the center of my sink. Good value for the money.

High quality at a good price. Works well and installation was easy.

Revision: I had such a good experience with the first pump, that I purchased another to replace a failing unit in the bathroom sink. NOT easy peasy. Why? Because the threads of the shaft do not fit well with the nut or the bottle. I had to use wrenches (on plastic!) and run the nut up and down the shaft multiple times. Even then, it was a near thing to be able to tighten it in place by hand. But, one hour and one split thumb later, it is in place and working! Original: The pumps on these dispensers don't last forever, and I struggled with my old one thinking the unit would be expensive and difficult to replace. Wrong. Easy Peasy. I do have to train myself to not smash down so hard now..

I've been using this for several months now with no issues at all, looks good, works good, decent price, no complaints
