Product is working perfectly. Water taste is good. Good for municipal or your storage tank water source. Extra filter, TDS controller devices is not comes with the box, you have to pay more to installation person more to install it, additionally you need to pay more if required to add water inlet device to intake water in purifier. Please collect all the information about extra charge of the installation from Eureka Forbes Customer care first, before purchase the product to get rid of any confusion.

Aquagurd is in market since long. It's reputation is known to general public. Though other competitors/ brands with regard to water purifier are not performing so well in respect to their advertisement so I prefer this product among other similar products of Aquagurd water purifier. This has been installed some days back and the performance is good sofar. Very easy to use. But the cost is higher in comparison to its performance.

Jus brought the product and started using and I should say it’s a decent product but my worry is that it was said water saving 60% n all but I have been using for last 3 days and on observing, lot of water flows out of the exit tube.The Service agent told its 1:1 ratio as we take 1 glass water and 1 glass will be drained out but I tracked by taking water in a 2 litre bottle 3times a day to know how much water is pushed out as I put the exit drain pipe in a 20litre water container and it almost collected 18litres of water.Also I took a glass of water and was checking on the drain pipe and I collect 4 n half glass of water fromExit line !!It’s shocking but checked in YouTube and ppl say this is how water purifier work itseems!

Looks fine so far (1 month), initially the TDS value was 95 where my old Hindustan Unilever Pureit Ultima (RO+UV) was 30-50 on our bore well input with TDS of 600+. But gradually it reduced and now it is 45. Water taste better than Unilever Pureit Ultima output.

The exchange was not satisfactory. It requires a technician to dismantle the old equipment as it is connected to a water source. A customer cannot unplug and pack it like a toaster. The technician who comes to install should also uninstall the device. Else everything was satisfactorily done.

Just yesterday only it was installed, hence it is not yet the time to judge its performance. Observation can be given only after 15 days atleast.First of all, There should be an external pipe (removable ) alloted to fill up the water bottles from the filter outlet.also it was kept on the wall with two screws only. It should have been held with four screws at least with a metal plate support as is was in the case of my previous filter (Enhance).

For last 35 years I am Aquaguard customer,this time they advertise something thing and supplied RO+UV+UF only no TA and MC.when contacted technician for last 6 months TA not supplying,if any one wants it should be purchased and fixed in the box.This is aclear cut cheating,since for this facilities cheaper model available, even though opinion is there to return to Amazon I accepted and got fixed.Regarding working so for good any how the AMC is costing more compared to other companies.

Initially it tasted little odd for first 3 to 4 days . I raised even complaint . But service person showed me tds was normal within range. Everything came to normal over 7 to 10 days. It's a very good product. I liked it . Worth buying.
