Women Packable Lightweight Down Vest Outdoor Puffer Vest

I hate that expression but that is the only thing that could describe my love of this vest! I actually got a gift card to a very expensive, high end athletic wear manufacturer that shall remain nameless and bought a similar style vest from them. While very cute and probably a more flattering cut, I actually like the softness of this Amazon vest better! It is so lightweight but yet incredibly warm, the material is so smooth and silky to the touch, and it's perfect for outdoor activities in the winter. I have worn mine in below freezing weather to do my long runs (e.g., 8+ miles) and it has kept me incredibly warm without feeling bulky. I love that I can slightly unzip it when I start to warm up a bit. Additionally the zipper pockets are excellent for holding a key/gels/etc (I keep my phone in a run belt so it's not awkwardly bopping around on one side of my body). I cannot say enough good things about this vest (I am actually wearing it while writing this review!). :)

Love this vest - perfect detailing and fit. It has a nice, light weight but feels warm. I bought it to run in and have not tried it out yet, so I can't comment about heat retention or water resistance. But, the fit is flattering - smaller spaces between the stitching on the sides/under arms makes it look cinched in at the waist. For reference, I am 5'7", 138 lbs., hourglass figure, waist is small and long, 34D, and I got an XS - it is fitted but not too tight over a turtleneck and hits right at the hip/ belt line on low waisted jeans. I will be buying more colors!

The fit, weight and subtle styling of this vest are great! I'm always a little cold, so having a lightweight vest like this is perfect. It even fits beautifully under other outer wear for a bit more warmth. However, the zipper has pulled apart and the vest no longer can be zipped. I don't know if the company would replace - I haven't had it all that long (not even one year!). I am very disappointed about this malfunction!

I am very happy with the vest, got the white in Large. I wear them walking & running they are light and warm but they are breathable also which is what I was looking for without paying $100 or more for it. The photos are from after I wash (and wore it) the vest I added a very tiny bit of bleach (it came a little smelly & it is white so it worked) then put it in the dyer and it came out perfect & very fluffy! Worth the money!! Will be buying more colors. (Note: I wash EVERYTHING I purchase whether it be from Amamzon or a store before I wear it)

I am 5'9 135 lbs and ordered a Small in Ruby Wine. The vest is flattering and fits as expected. The lower half is a little loose on my narrow frame but still appears form fitting. The bottom of the vest hits just below my hip bones and the back is a little longer. The arm holes are flexible, which is great for range of motion. The color is slightly darker than pictured but still pretty.The only negative comment I have is on the volume of filling, which seems to be lacking. I allowed it a few days to puff up after unpacking and tried fluffing it manually. There just isn't much there to poof. So, it doesn't lend a lot of warmth and isn't very puffy but is still a good vest for the price.

I love love love this vest it is exactly what I wanted. This vest is lightweight and not very puffy but I wanted one that was tight fitting like this is and thin enough to go under a big down jacket if the weather was that cold. Mostly I wear it over a sweater and have received a lot of compliments. The color is gorgeous, the pockets are warm and zip up so I don't lose my gloves. I'm very happy with this purchase. Oh and I bought XL and wear 12/14 and it fits me great but it is snug not loose.

I like everything about this vest, except the zipper. Very poor quality that doesn't stand up to daily use.On one vest, about 2 inches of zipper pulled away from the vest, can no long zip.The other, the zipper just wore quickly and will no longer zip past an inch or so.

Overall, this vest exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure which size to buy. I am 5’7” and weigh around 145 pounds. Although I normally wear a large in tops and jackets, I chose a medium and it fits perfect! I based my decision off the measuring chart, and it actually worked! It is lightweight, warm, not too shiny of a material, and had a flattering shape for a vest. All in all, I am pretty darn happy with this purchase!
