I’ve been taking sea moss for years, I recently read Amazon is known to have a lot of sellers who sell vitamins that have fillers or “proprietary blends” after seeing the sea moss I was taking had “proprietary blends” I decided to research what to look for in sea moss capsules. After much review, I chose this brand. I AM GLAD I DID. For one, the way it made me feel. Energy, but happy mood energy. Not a cup of coffee and then a caffeine crash type energy. Seems like a quality product, I've been taking sea moss for years now and this brand was one of the better ones. Energy, focus, sleep and my immune system maintained a strong and healthy level while taking this brand. I switched to another brand that I like more and seems to be better and not as expensive as this brand. Taken daily and you notice over time how much of an impact seamoss has on your well being. Everyone around me always gets sick,amongst many other health related problems, and I don't get sick when everyone else in the house does. That's one thing I've noticed throughout my time taking seamoss,this brand seemed true to their values and quality. Just pricey.

It really does not taste good. And it definitely doesn't smell good. But it is great for your health you can feel difference immediately. It is easy to use. It is on the big side. It is a great product would recommend it to others. Just a little pricey.
