I was in between the ones that have wheels (another brand) and these. I ultimately ended up choosing these and 1) It's unlikely I will need to move these all the times. 2) Saw that the ones with wheels were breaking - the weight was too much for the wheels. These ones work great! Easy to put together: Put the trellis together first. Then put the box together. Then put the trellis on the box. We planted tomatoes on it and gave them a good amount of water. We were able to drain out all the extra water that collected at the bottom. I water the tomatoes everyday but plan on using the reservoir for times when we go out of town. I'd say the size is just right, as far as tomatoes go. It's a good design and I think will hold up fine - it's been in use for a couple weeks now and all good so far.

Works great, but it’s easy to bump it apart if you’re not careful. Nice and tall for robust tomato plants. I would buy it again!

Over these at first. Easy to assemble and get started. Watering was super easy. Once the tomato plant matured that’s where the issues started. The poles used to support would not stay together making my plant fall over and break. We had to keep putting them back together daily. My plant also became too large/tall for the planters. Great concept but not great at holding the weight of the plant and tomatoes.

Much smaller than expected. They did work well, but as the tomato plants grew they would push the layers apart.

These are nice porch planters. They a plastic and easy to piece together. The planter size could be a little bigger and deeper so roots could grow but these are fine for annuals. Overall they are sturdy enough and will probably last a couple years. For the price they are a good buy. I planted cherry tomato in one and a mini pepper plant in the other.

This assembled easily and perfectly without tools. Seems the right size container for a tomato plant (which is what I planted in it), but will have to see how it works over the growing season. I like that you can add layers to the „cage“ as the plant grows if needed, I started with one layer. Good value for the price, especially since the package included gloves, wire and clips to support growing plants. Would buy again.

Very cheap materials and held too much water… tried several different plants and none of them grew or produced. Falls apart when I need to move it into better sunlight. Don’t think the roots have enough room to grow.
