The Happy and Birthday banner were fused together in certain letters. Look like plastic melted together. Had to cut edges in order to separate both banners. Last minute purchase, so didn’t have time to exchange or returned. Suggest to buy in advance, to avoid damage products.

You'd think the seller would check first thing to make sure spelling is correct and all letters are there. Instead I toted this thing in my suitcase to Mexico for my sisters birthday just to find out the A was missing in birthday. The seller is requesting that I return it before I get a refund. Very inconvenient and awful quality product.

Thought they were great...they were a little on the flimsy side but its a hanging decoration they looked great...i was really happy with it!

I purchased this item for work! The banner is very colorful and very easy to read. The fact that it is plastic means it is reusable! Win!
