The Diabetic SPIbelt is the perfect product for individuals with medical needs because it is comfortable enough for daily wear and was designed to carry an insulin pump. Every Diabetic SPIbelt can securely and comfortably accommodate cords and infusion tubing through a reinforced pass-through hole. The pass-through hole is placed behind the pocket to allow tubing to feed through the patented pouch design. The pocket expands to 6.5″ x 3″ x 2″ and fits waist size of 25″- 47″ to accommodate essential supplies.

SPIbelt is no longer a good product.
They've improved the SPIbelt into an absolute failure. Why do companies take a perfectly good product, & then completely ruin them? Actually, I know the answer. They obviously brought in someone who told them they could "maximize profits" by cutting corners on the product. So, to squeeze out a few pennies on each item, they've screwed their customers, & provided an inferior product. The pouch is now too small to hold a cellphone, my insulin pump barely fits & stretches the material, which means it will wear through sooner making it necessary to purchase a replacement sooner (it WON'T be another SPIbelt). They shortened the belt, making it so the material gets stretched further causing the belt to be uncomfortably tight. So to save a few pennies, & "maximize your profits" you have lost a loyal customer. One who used to sing your praises & recommended your product to many others. Rest assured that I am in the process of contacting those I told about your product, to let them know to look elsewhere for a better solution.

Recommended for those with insulin pumps
I bought the adult size for my 15 year old daughter for her insulin pump. She loves it. She wears it all the time even to bed. She is very active and she says it stays put and doesn't bounce around. She can adjust it very easy wherever she wants and how tight she wants it: lower hip/waist or upper hip/waist area. It doesn't need belt loops to stay put but the strap goes through belt loops. Either way it's adjustable. It's easy to pull the tubing through the opening of the pouch, and she loves how the tubing stays out of the way. She can fit both her insulin pump and Dexcom receiver in it, which is really nice because finding a place for the receiver can be a pain. This pouch is very discreet and form fitting to the pump so it's not bulky. I highly recommend this to everyone... especially diabetics since its hard to find something that doesn't ride up, bounce all over, isn't bulky, and everything else.

I use it for my MiniMed 670g insulin pump it can fit a iPhone xr. Stretchy & adjustable material.
What I love about the belt is the material and the adjustable waist band. It has plenty of room for my MiniMed 670g insulin pump. I also have been able to wear my summer dresses and it be completely concealed by just placing it right under where the bra would end, and placing it in the center. It has made it easier to sleep at night. I place it in the same place just like when I wear my dresses the only difference I wear it over my shirt and I place it in the center ,again just below where the bra ends. I also wanted to see if the material stretched enough to fit my iPhone XR which does have a otter box on it and it fit No it will not hold both the pump and phone. My dislike would have to be unfortunately where there is a opening for the tubing for my insulin pump it has already began to unravel which is causing a problem with fitting my reservoir (what holds my insulin) due to the strings getting stuck on it. The other dislike is the how the material is on the back on both corners. They are twisted which I assume the design is for larger items that’s how it allows it to expand. Unfortunately it causes the stretchy waistband to twist while wearing it. Which makes it uncomfortable when that happens.

If you're on the fence...get this!
If you are on the fence about getting this item...do it!!!!I was on the fence, but took the plunge. This purchase was for my first insulin pump, and I was guessing at what I would need for it. I wear this belt all the time. The hole in the back keeps your tubing from getting caught in zippers, and it's so small it's not noticeable under a shirt. My doctors even asked me where I got it from, and I let them know. I am from a small town, and they had not seen anything like it before.Easy access to your pump, easy to sleep with it on, the slot in the back keeps your tubing safe...it's an awesome product that I would give 10 stars to if I could. :)So, on the fencers, get this! You'll be happy you did.

Bag is Thin Swimsuit Liner Stretch Nylon Tricot Fabric
I really don't care for this belt after hesitatingly buying it. As other reviews said, yes, it is terribly uncomfortably tight (much more child-sized than adult-sized), but slightly loosens over time like a cheap elastic band that holds up pajama bottoms, but you still feel the pressure of tightness and the elastic easily rolls which hurts as it digs into your skin. The pressure of it around your waist, and especially the thick buckle when sleeping, is uncomfortable. The fabric of the tiny bag is like a thin 4-way stretch nylon tricot knit fabric, the kind that is used in a swimsuit lining. The fabric is see-through enough that you can read a CGM receiver or a pump through the fabric. Having to unzip the bag every time you need to access a device is a pain. Fitting both in the little bag at the same time, then zipping it closed, CAN be done, but very tight and awkward. Wearing two devices makes the bag so thick that it will show under clothing like a deformity around your waist. The person I purchased this for places a Dexcom G5 receiver in the belt's bag and clips a Tandem X2 case directly on the elastic belt next to the bag. Changes I would make to this item would be to make the belt sizable for different body types, reduce the size of the quick-release clasp and have two bags on it, since pumps and CGM's must be worn at the same time.

It might not be the same if you bought this item from Medtronic
I bought this as a replacement for an earlier version of the same product that I bought from Medtronic. Because this item, at least for me is worn 7 days a week, the hole for the infusion set gets very worn and stretched out. This version is not the same and it the straps are not the same. This one is very uncomfortable and I am now regretting buying this from this source. Buyer beware, it may not be the same if you are buying it as a replacement.

Don’t get if ur waist is above a 34
I like this belt and I have purchased two of them for my insulin pump. However it it tight and after wearing all day long my waist hurts. I have 34 waist and I have this belt as big as it can get. If you have over a 34 waist I do NOT recommend because it is tight on me and sometimes pretty uncomfortable. The pouch is not big I can hold my Medtronic pump and no more. If you want to hold more you’ll need a hip pack. I’ve swam with this on and it was fine and I sleep with it on nearly every night.I recommend this product (if you have a men’s waist of 34 or smaller)

Great for holding a diabetes pump!
Purchased two of these for my son. The only issue is that the belt can work itself loose overtime, but the design and look is still great. There is even a little hole for the cannula pipe to go through. If they sort this loosening issue out, I'd give it a 5 plus.

Not comfortable. Belt twists with insulin pump and pulls on site.
I am so disappointed in the fact that the belt is thinner than the belt causing it to flip with my insulin pump in it. This causes the belt to roll the top of my pants down and twist the pump tubing in it and pulling on my site which is quite uncomfortable. It is fine when I am not doing anything but when I am active it rolls. Defeats the purpose of wearing this type of belt.
