These are a necessity if you have back pain. Good value for money, lasts all day. Sticky is good to keep patch in place. Excellent product. I do use 2 patches one each side of spine because of pain, they give comfort. Hot but not too hot, to disrupt skin. I have scarring which is sensitive, but I have no trouble wear these patches.

Brilliant when used on my lower back. Fairly hot and they stay that way for up to 24 hours. They work best when you sleep on them. They are hotter that way, but still fairly warm otherwise. You do not notice them under your clothes when you are out and about. Very worth noting : in pharmacists they cost £4.75 for two. And these only last 16 hours. These ones cost less than half the above cost and last up to 24 hours. Great pain relief. LO.

These last all day and really make a difference if you need to keep going when you’re a bit achey and sore. if the cold makes your pain worse then these prevent the area getting cold and for me that means mostly eliminates pain.

They work when you need that extra boost of heat. They last as long as advertised and are great for emergencies. I have started to use a battery powered heat pad but still come back to using these cura heat pads as they work when you need them. Great size that more than covers my back and I only need to use one at a time. Couldn't be simpler to use as all you need to do is remove them from the package. No stickiness as they are designed to be applied to clothing, not your body. Highly recommend these branded versions over cheaper alternatives.

Get nice & warm but the stickiness does not last long. It tells you not to place on the skin, but i do. I cant see how it would stick to clothes at all.

Great for hip pain wear them on your buttock can last 24 hours. My GP recommended them

I occasionally use these for back pain, but mostly I use them for suppmental heat in our stray cat shelters. They give off decent heat for minimum 12 hours, often 16 or more, which is fantastic. I'm comforted knowing the kitties are warm all night. Make sure to place under a towel or blanket though.

Great value Great product Extremely quick delivery

unfortunately the first three packs I opened did not warm up at all. so kept trying them and only 2 packs out of the 10 would heat. Perhaps I had a bad batch as all the individual packs seemed well sealed although 2 of the packs were hard so I assume they had, at some time, been exposed to air and activated. Amazon refunded me ok but not sure I will order any more of these.
